I went here with my mom, we ordered our food and sat down. We waited over 45 min for our food and watched people who ordered after us get their food first. When we went to complain, we were told it's just like that sometimes. I ended up escalating to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. Chicken wings should not take almost an hr to get out. We never received our food.

Arguable the worst restaurant in Gresham to eat at not due to the food but due to the staffing and their execution I waited 40 minutes at this location just to receive my food with at least 8 people in their bumping into each other and not having any type of organization in the kitchen

Usually the wait times are okay. BUT if you gotta wait for almost 2hours for wings... just cancel. Either get employees who actually want to work or pay them better. Honestly no reason to have long wait times for WINGS!

Literally one of my fixation foods right now! Always a 10/10 and hits my craving ?? but yes I still need some once a week ? amazing staff, consistent wings and service. Everyone needs a raise!
Waiting in line at the register for about fifteen minutes before someone came up to tell everyone in the lobby that you have to order on the app on your phone and that they weren't taking orders at the registers. Absolutely lack of any customer service. Restrooms were completely disgusting. Couldn't sit down on the toilet seat, didn't want to touch anything in there. What an abhorrent restaurant. Honestly the business deserves better than the people they have working there.
Placed an online order and got confirmation that it’s ready. I got there and waited over half an hour until my order was completed. No one was at the counter to ask about our orders and we had to get their attention to even ask about the status of our orders.

The wait staff was so friendly and met all of our needs. It’s rare to find a nice atmosphere these days but they were awesome.My complaint is that the food was way too salty and we couldn’t even eat the fries.Also, the floor was mopped with sticky water so it felt like we were flies walking on fly paper. The tables were also washed in the same sticky substance.Overall, great staff but food was not good and the place was sticky.
