We have been regular customers here for quite a few years, tonight the service was awful and everyone around us who was seated after us was served before us. We ordered drinks, appetizers and rolls and only got one water. We told them that we were leaving and they still tried to make us pay for the food.

Oh my god man. The California roll (with crab/cucumber/avocado) is AMAZING. This place is awesome!! I didn't like sushi before coming here. Get this exact same thing (California roll, also shrimp nigiri×2 with spicy mayo) and the soy sauce is good too! I didn't want it but they know what's up, it was fantastic with it. Thank you so muchhhhhhh I'll be back for pick up orders, and to show people how amazing this place is ☺️

this a second time being here, never like the teriyaki sauce and my chicken katsu has a lot sauce of barbecue sauce taste is not authentic Japanese, the California roll sushi is too big hard to put in your mouth all at once, service is quick but poor quality of food , I gave 1 out 10!

This is by far our favorite place on the East side. Everything on the menu is so delicious! A definite must-trys are the Lobster roll and Calamari roll. Yum!! The service, staff and ambiance is always wonderful. We love Yami!
