We got two portions of tuna fish and chips (17$ each) and one salmon fish and chips (18$ each), both were delicious and the portions were quite large. The fish is perfectly crispy and the batter is not too thick. The fries and tartar sauce are also very good and you get plenty of sauce. The food was done pretty quickly, about 10 minutes for three portions, and the customer service is very friendly. One thing too mention is that this place is takeout only but there is outdoor seating....
all the years coming to fish out here the columbia never stopped here . finally went in today and it was amazing . got the sampler plate , and three tacos and a shrimp dinner .there was two of us and shared unfortunatly but plenty for us two . the tast of yhe batter wasnt plain and boring . all was cooked and did not taste like dirty oil like most fish and chips in astoria area . i was very impressed . the tacos where perfect ! Best fish tacos in oregon . Best fish tacos in Astoria...
These were by far the best fish and chips I have ever had on the coast. Crispy, fresh, tender simply fantastic. Highly recommended, if you're in the area definitely stop by FishMongers, it's worth it.
