Wow!!! WE come from AZ to the PNW each summer. Fishmongers is a destination! We really like the TUNA fish and chips and the SALMON strips are great!!! The staff is sooo friendly and accommodating! Heading that way again Tuesday or Wednesday.
Ive been to Fishmongers about twice now. My children were impressed with the fish. So I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat for my children and myself this time around. I ordered the shrimp Basket and my children had the kids Fish basket. My girls DEVOURED Their fish and left the fries WHICH NEVER happens with my girls because they usually go for the fries first and leave whatever food that have for last. But noooo. These girls were happy with their fish and goldfish that was provided...
We got two portions of tuna fish and chips (17$ each) and one salmon fish and chips (18$ each), both were delicious and the portions were quite large. The fish is perfectly crispy and the batter is not too thick. The fries and tartar sauce are also very good and you get plenty of sauce. The food was done pretty quickly, about 10 minutes for three portions, and the customer service is very friendly. One thing too mention is that this place is takeout only but there is outdoor seating....
