“Decent place, we had lunch here while visiting Astoria and checking out the Goonies Jail and house. Our twin 8 year old boys had the hamburger and PB&J which both come with chips, my wife had the Fish-Wich and I had the Salmon BLT with the Bouy IPA ( which was pretty good), we had curly fries with our sandwiches which was an extra $2 per order, it's not typical restaurant, you go to the counter to order and then a server/expediter brings out your food, refills you have to go up to the counter and they do not have fountain soft drinks it's all in cans or bottles except the iced tea. They have lots of menu options and clean bathrooms, service was good.”

“$15 $16 $17 for a burger is outrageous and way too damn much, especially coming from a food cart, absolutely ridiculous. All that complaining aside, the guys were super cool, fast and I can't stress this part enough, this is a great damn burger. Hit all the points and didn't quit the whole way through. Excellent, just excellent. 10/10 will be back.”

“My cousin got me hooked on this place. I don’t like waffles but the berries and cream waffle is hands down the best thing I’ve ever tried. If this place were open all day I would eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waffles are crunchy and soft at the same time, with the toppings it just wraps everything together. The sauce is not overly sweet and sugary which is amazing. The price range is also really good and I feel like it fills me up and I don’t feel hungry for a good while after. My little brother and I tell our parents we go on ”a walk” just so we can go eat them ?”

“Me and my wife love this shop! Its in a convenient location from where we live, everyone is super friendly and they have a great selection of food, coffee, and beer. Plus you have our Buoy Beers. We have to move out of the area soon but you will always be our number one choice whenever we come back!”

“This food is REALLY good. Ocean Park is lucky to have Sierra's place. "The Bomb" is just that. The burgers are somehow just as good. The Texas and Garlic Chicken egg rolls are dangerously good! The service may be slow, but that is because they are BUSY and rightfully so. You won't be disappointed.”

“Great vegan options! They have soy chorizo and vegan cheese that sub perfectly into most menu items. We both had enchiladas with soy chorizo, vegan cheese, and rice/beans on the side as well as an appetizer of chips/pico! Not only was the food good, but it came quickly, our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about their vegan options, and the view while eating outside was nice! Definitely recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Vegan meat and cheese options!”
“You need to check this brewery out.We stopped by here to check out the new kid on the brewing block in Astoria, and we were pleasantly surprised. We bought a taster of all 7 beers they had on tap at the time, and all were well-executed brews. Only 2 IPAs, which is always refreshing to those of us who drink something else besides unbalanced hop bombs. But even both their IPAs were really good. The gem is the English Best Bitter, served on a beer engine.Serious kudos to them for keeping this exceedingly rare beer and serving style alive in America!Their dry Irish stout deserves mention for its high roastiness but lighter body to keep it from being too filling.Another must-try is their Saison. Oh man it’s rare to find a commercial example of this style that’s as well balanced as their Chit Chat Saison. Hoppy, Belgiany, fruity esters galore, and a smooth frothy carbonation that my wife and I fought over the last couple sips of our taster version. We can’t wait to see what they brew up next!”

“One of the best kept secrets on the Oregon Coast. This is a little hole in the wall on a busy street in Astoria with a changing seasonal menu and some of the best vibes in town. There's always something new and interesting coming to the menu, including chef-foraged ingredients and private dining experiences where the chef curates a special menu just for you. Kenzo, the owner-chef, is a wonderful human being, fun to talk to & just a genuinely kind guy. Stay and chat with him - he's a wealth of knowledge of the local area. He's leaning into more vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options, which is great, but he also has plenty of meat and glutenous options for you.If you're coming to Astoria, check the Busu Instagram to find out whether he's open & what's on the menu. You won't regret it.”

“The employee who served us was very friendly and quick. The frozen custard we got was delicious and a good amount for the price. The hot food was mid grade, it wasn't anything amazing but if my kids are hungry for a quick bite while we are in Astoria we will eat here again. I'd give the frozen treats 5/5 and the food a 3.5/5. The location is a fun little outdoor stop when it's not pouring rain ☔?Parking: They have a free one way parking lot that can be hard to get in and out of but there is also plenty of street parking around the corner on busy days.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly options!”

“Unique and hard to find beers found here. It’s rare to come across a place with so many beers on tap and a huge variety of bottles in self-serve coolers. This place has got something for even the most pick beer snob. It’s also really laid back. The guy running the place was a blast to talk to. Everywhere you look is a little bit of character.”

“We tried FishMongers for the first time based on other reviews and they were spot on. The smoked clam chowder was delicious and I think probably the best chowder I’ve had. The fish plate was also excellent and came with way more than we expected. It fed two adults. My daughter also loved the kids fish and chips. It came with goldfish and some fruit snacks which were a really great touch. I always appreciate it when restaurants add a little something extra for kids. We will definitely be back.”
