I got married back on 7/16/22 and admittedly hadn't eaten at Bajio prior to starting our search for a wedding caterer. Let me tell you, they were SO easy to work with, very reasonably priced and everything we were looking for for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend them for your events but with one caveat - Order more churros! Everything was delicious.
When I lived in Clackamas I went there ALL the time!!! The food is delicious, the staff is super-friendly, great menu options and The BEST Jalapeño Ranch dressing!!! I hope they expand! Wilsonville needs a Bajio Mexican Grill!!!!!!

I can't believe it took me this long to finally check this place out, I've seriously been missing out!
I ordered the Veggie Burrito Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. But the absolute highlight of the meal was the hot salsa. If you were ever fortunate enough to have the chips and salsa at Chevy's Mexican Restaurant this tastes just like it. It's an instant nostalgia trip and incredibly fresh.
