I stopped here to grab their cold brew bags and a fule, it was super busy, and when I eventually got my drink the cup was cracked which didnt realize it until it started to drip all over meand had already left, so had to toss that, but they also made the drink wrong when it was a simple sour berry bloom...they forgot the sour part.

Got tired of Black Rock never coming out with more sugar-free options. So hadn't visited in months. First time coming back was an ok visit. Was in and out faster then the people waiting in the long drive thru line. However came to find out they revamped the rewards so my account was deleted. After opening a new reward account I was given a free drink I went back to this location. This time it took a while to place and receive my order. I had to repeat order and phone number a few times.I was given the wrong drink and it was luke warm. Ended up throwing away 25% of the drink because I couldn't force myself anymore to drink it. If it wasn't free I definitely would of been asking for my money back.
This is my regular go to place to meet one of my friends and have coffee when he's in town. The breakfast sandwiches are good, they have a great selection of non-coffee drinks the summer during the hot weather. The fans are on and it's even more noisy than it usually is and it's too hot to sit outside!. The staff is friendly and efficient and I enjoy being there with all the coming and going. It's also convenient with fairly easy parking, albeit small lot.

I went last night an hour before closing, so ample time to order two drinks. The barista was extremely rude, kept my debit card face up by the cameras so my card number was visible. When she went to take our order she was short and huffed and puffed a few times like we were an inconvenience to her. Then I had to remind her about my rewards number, which I thought she put in but come to find out she didn’t bc I’m missing my points and I woke up to multiple declined charges on my bank account. So if you have to go here only pay cash and be safe with your information.

The guy working tonight was great, but the girl with highlights was rude, disconnected, and more focused on her smartwatch than customers. She left me mid-order to help the drive-thru, had an attitude when I asked about banana bread, and spoke in a really rude tone. I’ve been a loyal Black Rock customer for over 10 years, and I’ve maybe had service like this once or twice — definitely not the norm. Hope I don’t get her again.

The BlackRock company is a joke. They take your money. They make you believe you are points a part of their loyalty points program but then without warning anyone they make it. Where if you do not sign up for the app by the 30th of last month, all of your points that you earned are void. I have spent hundreds of dollars at BlackRocks over the years and I'm so angry that now I'm going to go to every single black rocks in Oregon and I'm going to leave a one-star review at all of them.
