Really love black rock coffee. This particular location has a pretty slow drive thru. Even with a second person out in the line. I tend to go in for my coffee :)

Just guaranteed I never come back here. I'm disabled we went through the drive thru to pick up. There was no line. They made me come inside for no reason. Every employee was too busy on their phone to give proper service.

Wow if u feel like being completely devalued for not being lazy and going inside verse sitting in your car well this is the spot..Seriously they cleared every person in drive thru before even working on a simple americano ..I've gotta wonder if it's more Dutch brother priority or process or what seriously disappointed...

I tried going in and getting coffee at 6:50 because the drive-thru line was around the building and the door was locked. This happens quite a bit and it's a little ridiculous. And if you're going to do it for safety issues then you need to have a walk-up window besides the drive thru line.
