This is the best sushi I have ever had.
We frequently eat at this location almost every week. The staff has never been anything short of perfect in every aspect. Our food is always made fresh on the spot.
The staff even know me by face and start my order the moment they see me and it's amazing.
Because of their amazing effort we always tip generously and acknowledge there great customer service skills. The chef is the embodiment of the title chef.

This place is amazing, I had a break in between soccer games and this place had everything I needed, the teriyaki, fish, miso soup, and gyoza were incredible, def recommend
Been around since I was a kid and still the most authentic sushi place in Portland. They've got rolls for both the western sushi audience (tons of fillings and toppings) and absolutely BEAUTIFUL fish for the more simple and classic sushi. It can get pricy depending on your appetite, but for the $40 range it's basically unbeatable

The food is also well-priced, with fresh sushi rolls available for takeout and delivery. The fish is top notch and everything is freshly prepared, making it a favorite spot for many. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and the staff are very kind and sweet. The state rolls are all amazing, and the Florida roll is a personal favorite—very filling and refreshing with a thin slice of lemon on top. Overall, it’s a good spot to grab a meal, especially for those looking for tasty, well-made sushi in a cozy setting.
