Just guaranteed I never come back here. I'm disabled we went through the drive thru to pick up. There was no line. They made me come inside for no reason. Every employee was too busy on their phone to give proper service.

Wow if u feel like being completely devalued for not being lazy and going inside verse sitting in your car well this is the spot..Seriously they cleared every person in drive thru before even working on a simple americano ..I've gotta wonder if it's more Dutch brother priority or process or what seriously disappointed...

I tried going in and getting coffee at 6:50 because the drive-thru line was around the building and the door was locked. This happens quite a bit and it's a little ridiculous. And if you're going to do it for safety issues then you need to have a walk-up window besides the drive thru line.

Today February 9 at 5:33 we order ice caramel blondie and we ask for extra sweet and we drink and we fix but the drink still bitter whoever that girl gray flannel and blonde should get fired and they need to go to the kitchen. She doesn’t know how to make good coffee. Y’all need to put her to something else like washing stuff. Outrageous 0 star.

was one of the only cars in line, the male barista greeted me very rudely and quickly and overall spoke to my boyfriend and i disrespectfully. as a barista for another major coffee company i understand what it’s like, but this was totally uncalled for and left us both feeling uncomfortable. then my drink was handed to me with the lid not even fully on, spilling coffee all over me and my car, meanwhile the barista silently watched and gave us an annoyed look. will not ever be coming back
First time here and the coffee was great. Mexican mocha was like having Abuelitas hot chocolate and coffee! The service was sub par, but I expected nothing less.

The drive thru is awkward and super small. Definately don't suggest a truck to go through as the one that was ahead of me had major issues and backed up a few times to make the corners. Someone came to my car to place my order becuase there was a line which was great however I had not seen a menu since its only at the window. Ive only ever been twice now. They do have a reward system but make sure you give them your number as they dont automatically ask.Dietary restrictions: They have alternative milks.
