Whoever the new guy is with curly hair made some of the worst drinks we’ve ever received. All of the women working here have always made great drinks. We go almost daily.

Love me some Black Rock. They hire the best of the best! Always happy but not up in your business. Not over the top and gushing over you BEFORE you've even had your damn coffee like some of those other places...I won't name names. They aren't trying to take money from the Native Americans by getting off Reservation, white man gambling in their portfolio....again, I won't name names. And their coffee actually tastes good. I love Black Rock.

Parking: Plenty of parking. Right out front. Most people use the drive through.

They’re open but refuse to serve people on foot? Lobbys are closed and they looked at me like I was stupid. So let’s see if they’ll serve me through a drive through

2 cats in front of me and waited 8 minutes still didn’t get my drink when I left the car that was in front of me was still there

The two girls working here were completely rude and C****. I had a free drink on my app for buying a daily drink everyday. She refused to give it to me even though my app was accurate. Just know you work for minimum wage serving coffee. Don’t treat customers like there lower then you cause you can’t figure out your job.

Today I rolled up to the black Rock with no line, ordered a single Medium drink. The total comes to $4 but the girl at the window trys to pull a fast one on me and give herself a $3 tip, as if I wouldn't notice and just sign. I did notice, I did infact change it back to $0. I can't believe that this girl felt entitled to my money, enough to try and steal it from me. If I hadn't been one the phone and in a good mood I would have used choice words with the girl.

I will never go here again. I spend atleast $40 a week at this location, and stop by almost everyday. This morning, after rushing over in the snow to get my significant other her drink before work, I was told the lady couldn't serve me at that window because her till wasn't open.. when I asked if she could just run my card through the other comp (which shouldn't have been a problem) she refused and said I'd have to go to the otherside and re-wait inline behind 4 more cars as she smiled thinking it was funny... My girl did NOT get her coffee, and i left extremely upset. Piss poor service, piss poor management. I will never spend another dollar at this location or business. Dutch bros from here on out ✌️

The Carmel blondie is, without any doubt, the best coffee I've ever had from anywhere. It will get you going for sure and is sweeter than my grandbaby on Christmas Eve. Today I tried the Carmel ginger blondie and was not disappointed. Those girls there at this store get a fat tip every time I come here, and they deserve every bit of it. Great smiles, very polite, and have never gotten an order wrong, even on the busiest of morning and sometimes that lines clear out in the road. Yummy yummy yummy. Merry Christmas everybody.
