Always great service and consistency with how my bubble tea tastes. This Boba place is one of the places I've found that the matcha flavor isn't just sweet, but more of a milk flavor, unlike other boba places like Bobalicious etc.
I like this place so I don't have the heart to give them 3 stars but there's an incident that has recurred multiple times. Somebody who's making the drinks can't tell the difference between LESS SUGAR and NO SUGAR. Some boba teas are too sweet for my liking so I've asked multiple times for LESS SUGAR. I still like a hint of sweetness. Came home and realized that they added no sugar. To all of my drinks (ordered for a group). I guess the only way for me...
