Panera Bread Reviews
This Panera was one of the worst. I only blame the staff that work. Because when a customer calls to speak to a supervisor and the employee decides to laugh instead of help. Of course that’s going to upset me after spending 83$ and all of the bread just being thrown into the brown paper bag on top of all of my order. Not in wrapping or nothing just bare. Great customer service! With smiles always!
Nice for coffee and pastry by the fireplace in winter or a quick healthy lunch. Great soup. Many choices. Parking is hard during mall hours.

Panera Bread offers a variety of bread and dishes, but some find the food bland and overpriced. The broccoli and carrot cream soup is a standout, and the seasonal Autumn Squash Soup is a favorite, although this year it seems much sweeter than before. Portions can be small for the cost, and there have been issues with forgetting items like the free French Baguette. Service is generally quick, with about 7 minutes for self-order options, but experiences vary; some customers praise attentive staff while others report distracted cashiers. The restaurant is clean, with well-maintained bathrooms and tables. The Sip Club is highly recommended if a location is nearby, as it offers amazing drinks. Overall, the experience may depend on the order and service received. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and the place is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Parking is abundant.
