I never review restaurants but these guys deserve it. Tried it once on a whim and went back the very next day for more. Absolutely delicious food, you guys are killing it. What a hidden gem!

I have a hard time pronouncing words and talking to people. I’ve never felt more at home than I have here getting my food! The service alone was super fast and the food was amazing! Definitely my new spot!❤️

Stop reading this, go to Birrieria Carlos, order and then while waiting you can read this review.
I ordered 5 Quesabirillia tacos and a large horchata.
It was made fast, was piping hot, and packaged well.
Took a 20 minute drive home and then waited a good 15 minutes before actually sitting down to eat because I'm really that dumb.
And then, I open the package to find I'm missing the consume.
No big deal, while it is unfortunately...
