This is our second round visiting Tan's. The truck shows no observable concerns and is in a small pod with Mexican and Thai food trucks. There were tables out front to eat at. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the orange chicken and general Tso chicken - both lunch specials. I recently discovered on Uber and thought I'd give a try based on reviews. I am so glad I discovered your amazing food! Everything is so fresh with great flavors, not greasy, and over battered. If you love egg foo yung, this is the best! I'm a frequent returning customer!
