I can only give 4 stars. The food is on point for McDonald’s. The issue I have is the cleanliness of the facility- specifically outside. Which might not be fair, because I realize a lot of things are out of their control.Unfortunately my most recent visit at the drive thru ended with me being flashed by a man in their parking lot. Staff was efficient and food was prepared quickly and as I requested. When the coupon from the app would not work the manager happily promo'd the item instead of charging me the $1 that the app would have charged.

If you haven't tried using the McDonald's app yet you really should. We order with the app all the time and get points for free food. The customer service was great and the drive-thru was not long at all.
