First time dining there yesterday and am so glad we went! The food was so good! I ordered a wet asada chimichanga and my wife ordered the asada tacos. Everything was delicious! The cucumber jalapeno margarita was phenomenal as well! Definitely one my new top favorite places to eat!
We tried Casa Colima in Happy Valley for the first time today. All I can say is "WOW" Spectacular. Wonderful space and fantastic food. Can't say enough good things about it. Very friendly staff. Definitely try the table side Guacamole. It, in itself, makes the trip worthwhile. Bright and cheerful space. This will be our go to Mexican restaurant from here forward ????
