Literally so rude, I was here on 11/28/25 and encountered a situation where I was entering the side of the shop where the drive thru coffee shop sign was. I waited on the side of the curb to loop onto the drive thru lane and the two girls taking orders ignored me. Finally one of the dark haired tan girls told me to leave and re enter the lot from the other side of the street. I told her no as I had been waiting my turn and I followed the sign. She rudely told me then I’m not taking your order. I had to be stuck then in the drive thru lane and when I got to the window the gal in charge told me I cut everyone off. Which was not true. I nicely explained what happened and how no one tried to solve the issue rather they just wanted to be rude to a customer and create further problems. I said I would have rather had someone explain to me nicely what they had preferred in the future and then proceeded but they instead decided to sit there and argue with me, when I was not even being disrespectful. There was a line of cars behind me and she still continued to grill me so I just left without even a drink or anything in hand. It happened to be my birthday too. If you like good customer service, I would avoid this place. This is not how you treat paying customers. Find better staff.

I used to really like this location but not anymore since they do two lanes. Every single time I come here I always get told/put multiple cars behind people that got here after me.. I don’t understand why they can’t just do a zipper not telling people what car to go behind.

I decided to give them another chance sense it’s been 10 months sense my last bad experience and today was even worse! I ordered a caramelizar and I got mostly cold brew with a splash of chocolate milk. Absolutely no caramel, I asked the person that was taking orders what I should get “I like cold brew and it HAS to be sweet” she recommended the caramelizar, I’m highly disappointed I love cold brew but this is not sweet at all. They continue to fail orders no matter how well you order it through them. I wasn’t even going to try to go back and have them correct it to the right drink due to them being nasty to me every time I do so. :(

They got both drinks wrong, I’d understand if it was extremely busy but there was only two people on line before us and no one behind us. As we try and make sure they gave us the right drinks (cause they told us the wrong drinks while handing it to us) the cashier then proceeded to lie and tell us it was what we ordered. As we tried it on our way out it definitely was not the right drinks. I’m extremely disappointed and I could tell she wasn’t having a good day but I still would like to have what we paid for.

Waiting over 20 minutes in line while the other side gets cleared 2x is actually crazy. i don’t know who taught this person to stand on one side to take only their orders, leaving the other side waiting while new cars continue coming in and getting in front of them. Having someone come out to take our sides orders finally after that 20 minutes, to then be told we had to wait till the last person in the OTHER line got in front of us because again, someone decided it was the best idea to stand on one side and take only one section of orders? i have actually never been more irked, normally the workers are great with going back and forth. morning shift lacks real bad whenever any kind of rush comes in apparently.

The guy who’s working (not sure his name, working the window at 4:30pm 11/29/25, short mustache) paid for my coffee because they couldn’t break my $100. Best Dutch I’ve been to, I come every day, everybody here seems to remember my order (caramelizer freeze picture perfect) and is very good at their jobs. Awesome group of people, highly recommend this location, thank you guys as always

This 82nd location is amazing! The Baristas are friendly, quick and hard working! I highly recommend! Amanda a Barista there is fantastic and the others as well. Their sugar free flavours are amazing as well!

We ordered 2 carmelizers. The drinks were very light in color and tasted more like water with a slight coffee taste. We asked for a little more Carmel because I'm t didn't taste like there was very much Carmel in it They were going to charge me. If they would have made it correct the first time I wouldn't have needed more. I get this drink all the time, It wasn't made correctly. She was so rude. I will never go back to this Dutch. I was willing to pay more until her attitude came out!!

I ordered a simple drink, the guy messed it up even after I was patient with him. I go to the window because I know I was over charged and he did in fact mess it up. I told them I was over charged and the girl had a rude attitude towards me after I told her that was not it. I could hear them talking bad about me to her coworkers and then proceeded to give me the wrong drink. When I told her what the correct drink was for the second time they barely even put what I wanted in it.

Was a faithful customer till the moved the office to Arizona and changed the app that now no longer works properly and they expect you to fix their problems with app. After 5 weeks of deleting and restarting phone and reinstalled my app 5 times to no avail. Sadly I have to walk away!!
