My friend and i showed up to this location on a hot day, we both just wanted iced waters. We pull up to the window and get handed full cups of ice water with no lids. My friend was driving so when she reached to grab the water it spilt over her car, which we just laughed off since it wasn't that big of a deal. Once we got the other water, we asked for lids because if the car had moved, it would have spilled again, to which we got looked up and down and told “We don’t give lids without a purchase” super snarky. Customer service was bummy, do better! please

This location recieves a 1 star from me as compared to others because this location is very slow and blended drinks are mixed poorly. Other locations have similar traffic flow and manage to be much quicker. Expect to wait at least 20 mins if the drive thru is full. The bees by the pickup window in the summer and fall is also persistent through the years of going here. I guess anaphylaxis isn't a concern?

I come to this Dutch bro’s all time and it’s usually a good experience. Today I can’t say the same. I pull up to the window and before I’m even greeted I’m told that I’m supposed to have someone come take my order, I’m not supposed to pull up to the window. There were no runners outside, no one came to take my order, she then proceeded to tell me it was my fault, and I was holding up the line because I apparently cut someone off. I guess a made a mistake, and for that I’m sorry, but this employee had such an attitude before I even got to order. I just drove off and didn’t get anything because she honestly ruined my experience. Maybe we need to be teaching our employees to be kinder to customers.

Duch Bros is asome and there drinks are perfect sweat and strong no matter how bad of a day they are having they do a fenomenal job so I strongly seggest you try it out for your self!!!

Love the drinks hate the drive thru line setup. The crew tries to direct the cars, and I feel they should make that a specific position/job for someone to direct the cars for that specific drive thru, that way the baristas don't have to take orders and direct at the same time. The outdoor seating and parking are a lot better, plus its covered now.
