They make your food after it's ordered so do not expect this to be fast food. It takes at least 20 minutes minimum to get food from Five Guys. But they have a decent burger and it is made exactly the way a person wants it. They have never made my order wrong and I am picky about what I want and don't want on my burger. My only complaint is depending on who is cooking, your burger may be a smash burger and fall apart. This has happened several times. Other times the burger is cooked normal and stays together.

The food was good, but the staff made me extremely uncomfortable and even approached me when I left the building. I didn’t know I would be accused of staring like a creep.. I’m a grown women with a whole family and I’m honestly appalled the disrespect from the female employee and fellow employees, as it felt very much immature and dramatic, as well as very inappropriate. I won’t be returning.

Why would I order a soggy burger? What about a soggy hotdog? The fries were great but that's about it.... Nobody wants gross, soggy food... I'm really hungry and can't eat anything from here. It's all wet and un-edible. I paid ALOT OF MONEY FOR WET SOGGY FOOD....

I go to the 5 guys in Newberg all the time. The happy valley one did a good job, just not as welcoming as Newberg.
Parking: It's in a Fred Meyer lot, the King Rd. lot is virtually empty after 7 pm.

I had a cheeseburger at Five Guys today and found a hair in the meat. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, their first response was, "You have dark hair." I was extremely unhappy with this reaction. As a customer, I expect to feel safe and respected, but today’s experience was very disappointing.
