We love five guys and usually have no problem with our order. I ordered through the app and went to the store to pick it up. When I walked in I checked to see if my order was ready. It wasn't but they knew I was waiting. Then a few orders for people who came after me were ready I checked again and they had shelved it. I checked the bag because we had a large order. My burger was completely missing. They wanted me to check my bag for my burger ( it was a lettuce wrap). They...

Best service I’ve gotten in awhile, even with a 30 minute wait time, but it was worth it. Everything was spot from the burgers, fries, shakes. I don’t have the name of the 3 that were cooking away behind the grill tonight but I appreciate the hard work, dedication, and upbeat attitudes while being slammed with orders. Mgr One all I got for names

Always struggle to get the shakes ready at the same time as the food, this issue happens at all of them but the problem is slowest here at least for me, but food is always pretty good and fresh which can make up for it but when the food gets soggy from waiting sometimes it’s not as fresh. Anyhow still better than lots of burger places
