Hog Wild BBQ & Catering

I have had BBQ across the United States and this is on the higher end. This is one of places I will go back to. Service is quick, prices are great and you can't beat the food. Only complaint I have is I like a finer chop and a tangy dressing. So I would give Hog Wild a 4 1/2 stars, great job guys.

Unfortunate portion sizes, and rude employees

Had heard a lot about this barbecue place, not horrible but left a lot wanting. Miss clays

We went last night (not our first time and definitely not the last) and had a truly great time. Our toddler LOVED the play area they have set up for kids, which made waiting for food so much easier. You guys have my loyalty for that alone, but the food is INCREDIBLE. We got the family platter and were able to share between 4 adults with tons left over to take home. The baby back ribs were phenomenal and the brisket just melts in your mouth. Mashed potatoes are creamy and delicious, the potato salad is just right, and we tried both kinds of slaw — the cranberry is good but the OG is my favorite. Atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, dining area is well spaced, and the staff is always friendly. Service was a little bit slow, but in a small business on a Saturday night kind of way, not in a people aren’t doing their jobs kind of way. We’re really lucky that they’re in our neighborhood, but they’re worth the trip if you’re not local. See y’all next time! 💙

This business is mass reporting any negative review as fake, I had a prior review deleted just now. Beware when dining here, the owner doesn’t like it pointed out that their staff is rude, the restaurant dirty, and slow times.

Normally, I love this place. Maybe it’s just the bleak appearance of the food in the to go carton that threw me yesterday. Also, they only had one server working so I was on hold for a while. I finally drove down there and ordered in person before they took me off hold. Probably won’t order to go again, but I will go to the dining room and eat because that seems to be a better experience. Just be warned, don’t use their bathroom because they are extremely unkept and dirty.

Extremely disappointed. Arrived around 3pm today, the table was thoroughly disgusting and hadn't been wiped down. When I asked the waitress (short with glasses), she gave me a bothered expression followed with an extremely poor attitude. Took about 10 minutes for her to come back and clean the table, then another 5 minutes just to get our drink order. (I have been here more than once and I usually get Alex so this was a very disappointing situation.) I was very tempted to just get up and leave after that interaction alone, but my wife wanted to have BBQ today.

With a crap attitude from the waitress, we finally put our order in and the meat was absolutely excellent. I have had BBQ in different states before and this one puts it at the top, hands down. The sides however were nothing but disappointment, the green beans were so soggy and overcooked they tasted like they had been boiling for an hour. It was almost like baby food.

Best barbeque around! Sides are just ok. Onion rings tend to be greasy and the deep fried mushrooms have a weird breeding. Mashed potatoes and the Mac & cheese are just ok.
Brisket is the best I've ever had. Pulled pork is wonderful.
They forget the cornbread on delivery or togo orders every single time, seriously it's every single time.
Hate to say anything negative about this place because the barbequed meats are absolutely the best around.

I agree with the other reviewers that the mashed potatoes are great! I had the beef brisket which was also good. And I was so happy to see they had hush puppies!!!

Great place for BBQ and a good meal. The service was as exceptional as the food. Kat was extremely hospitable, kind and all around just a great person. Definitely adding this my my favorites!

We ordered through Doordash, I had the 6 rib condo w/ slaw and potato salad, my wife had the 2 meat combo rids/brisket w/bbq beans, and cornbread and fried pickles, we both had med sauce which had a little too much kick for me, but we ate it all and will definitely be ordering from here again, mild sauce next time

Wow never had ate here before and placed in order to be delivered hugely disappointing. The brisket had zero flavor I don't know if the burnt ends would have been better but it literally had none until I dipped it in the barbecue sauce which was good. The only other benefit was the mashed potatoes and gravy. The coleslaw had no flavor at all it was just a bunch of shredded cabbage and maybe a bit of oil or something in it. And then I'm charged 35 cents for a ranch dip for onion rings. Seems a little crazy to upcharge for all that it's just a side. Very disappointed and will not be returning. My two barbecue places have closed so this was exciting but very disappointing.

The food came out fast, and was amazing! Our server was super friendly and attentive and the energy showed all around.Came here for my graduation dinner and it was worth all 4 years of high school!
