La Fresa Mexican Bistro is run by a husband and wife owners who are always there to greet customers with a warm smile. The food is amazing, authentic, and authentic Mexican food that tastes homemade in the best way. The margaritas are very very good, and the strawberry margarita is absolutely fire. The breakfast burritos are, no joke, the best ever tasted. The food is beautifully presented, with handmade soft corn tortillas and chips. The chicken and pork are fantastic, the guacamole receives compliments, and the rice is better than any other Mexican restaurant. The Molcajete and three pastor tacos are absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and beautiful. The customer service is outstanding, with attentive staff. La Fresa also catered a taco bar for a party of 25, and the food was hands down the best. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner, or any catering needs. Don’t miss it.
