Terrible customer service. Our waiter never came so they sighed us to someone else but due to it was not her table she didn't check on us and we asked for change they came back 15 minutes later saying sorry your water is in the stars and is very distracted with others.

My experience at Mezcaluna was outstanding from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations, making it a memorable dining experience.
A special thank you to Jorge P. for providing exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Dirty table. No soap / paper towel in either women’s or men’s washroom - told server … not much interest in handling. Kitchen was a disaster I saw walking by. Too late to ditch we had ordered. 30 minute ticket time. I’m PRAYING to not spend tonight in the bathroom

Food is just good, not bad. The tableside guacamole was fun and delicious but I realized I perfer chilled guacamole then room temperature warm guacamole, which was 16 bucks. The food is definitely overpriced and lacking true authenticity. The 18 dollar margaritas were the highlight I guess. It was my kids 21st birthday, when were done with our food the server didn't ask if we wanted desert, just gave us the check and sped off. It seemed like we were rushed to get out of there. Most places give a little complimentary desert for birthdays. The service wasn't the best. I had to flag down someone who wasn't our server to get a beverage because he didn't come back to check on us for a while after getting our food. I mean almost 200 bucks some tacos, a quesadilla, some guacamole and 4 drinks.

Here from Arizona. Saw this place from the street and it looked great. Looks deceive. The food is so bland and plain. Chimi has meat in it. No seasoning. No sauces. Topped with a light sprinkling of cheddar cheese. WOW! At home, this place would be forced to close in a week due to lack of customers.

Positive. If you just want protein, the chimi was filled with a lot of white meat chicken. And the appearance of the place from the street looks cool. But if you want good Mexican food go elsewhere… anywhere else.

In the restaurant is great,people is so nice, the food is great, if you have a birthday is great they sing happy birthday everything just so good. but when I order online with them, they give me everything wrong i order a burrito with chicken and it has no chicken on it, my tacos were hard cold everything was so wrong and it taste really bad!!

It pains me to write this review because I used to enjoy this place, but my last two visits have been really disappointing. I’m not sure what’s changed, but the quality of the food has noticeably declined.

The drinks are still amazing, especially the margaritas, which are absolutely delicious and continue to be the highlight of the experience.

During my most recent visit, I ordered the chicken quesadilla from the happy hour menu. The food came out very quickly, but unfortunately, the quesadilla was cold. I asked if they could reheat it, and they were kind enough to do so. However, when it came back, only the plate was extremely hot while the quesadillawas still cold.

The quesadilla was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. It seemed to be filled with large chunks of boiled chicken that still had pieces of skin attached. It was very unappetizing, and I ended up getting sick afterward. It was the only meal I had that day, which absolutely narrowed down where I got sick.

I also ordered the elote, but it barely had any mayo or cheese on it.

I really hope the restaurant can improve because the drinks are excellent, and I’d love to see the food quality match them again.

First time going to this place and definitely wont be my last! I loved the vibes right when i walked in. Not to mention the food was amazing and the service amazing! my server was super attentive! Bianca or Blanca I think was her name! overall loved everything.

Worst sever at this restaurant ever was YOLI A. She argued with me over her getting our order wrong! I used to go here all the time but after this last encounter I won’t be returning. I’ll stick with the margarita factory since their service is 1000x better than what I’ve encountered at this establishment. Also to mention the front desk lady said you can’t make a same day reservation then why does it allow it to happen online. Sounds like a glitch on the companies end so why exactly I got told about that is beyond me epically when they had a table available right away anyways.

The pork belly tacos are amazing!

Have been there many times and have made reservations same day many times. Had 5:45 reservations, got there and they told me they could not find my reservations and they were probably cancelled because it was father's Day. They did not apologize or even try and offer us a free drink next time or anything. I showed them that I did not receive a cancellation and they said we'll you will get it. So, on father's day we had to leave and find another place to try and go to. They were rude and condescending. If they would have at least apologized we would have been fine but we drove there, drove around for parking got inside just for them to tell us our reservation would be cancelled eventually. Can't help you. Disappointing for sure because our family loves the food there but after this...they put a bad taste in our mouths. May not go back again.
