This location seems to get worst and worst. Have not been at this location for a few months after horrible service and food. Decided to get take out drive thru with kidos. We spend 27mins in drive-thru line. Placed the order and upon reaching the window I am told they ran out of chow-mien. Had to wait another 14mins. Short drive home, opened our plates and so see for yourself. Absolutely disgusting taste, mini noodles, mini orange chicken bites (as if they were chopped in multiple pcs). Most importantly so disappointed that i decided to give them another chance. This location basically does not care doe anyones money or time. If you want Panda go to another location and save yourself a headache and time.

I ordered string beans chicken breast several days ago and I won't ever order string beans chicken breast again, they were sloppy, they did not cut the ends of string green beans and I won't ever order that again! I don't recommend that food again!

WORST LOCATION been here multiple times at night within the last 5 months since I moved to the area they never have white rice they give you about 4 pieces of chicken or whatever lazy people they must have no food by 12 am because they never want to make more what Chinese place doesn’t have white rice🤦🏼♀️ don’t come here !!

Pretty excellent and amazing Chinese-American cuisine restaurants that I’ve went to. I loved ordering their delicious teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef, Beef with broccoli, Kum pao chicken with mixed veggies and chillies, Fried rice, and Chow mein. Pretty good customer service team from the catering staff workers and cashier receptionist. I would still love to back again for lunch and dinner. Had already recommended this restaurant chain to my family and friends.
Went to this one at 11:30pm. First they took like 5 mins to even say hello when I was at the drive through line, second when she did she kept laughing and then not saying anything after. Like she was super distracted and laughing with her coworker the entire time. It overall took like 8 mins for her to take an order of a side of rice and a bowl. When we got to the window they kept laughing and messing around. Turns out the fried rice is super salty, maybe because they were too busy messing around to care about how the food tasted or how the quality of their service was. Couldn’t go back bc by the time we got our food and left they were closing and didn’t wanna hassle them. Even though they should’ve been hassled. So glad I wasted my time and money for food that wasn’t even good because the people working don’t care.

I thought I was being helpful ordering ahead of time. Had to wait 15 minutes past when they said it would be ready inside the restaurant.
Was willing to forgive but when I got home, they only gave me a small order of rangoons when I had ordered a large.
Should have checked before leaving I know but I was already frustrated having to wait so long.
Reading other reviews, I doubt they'd help me out in any way unless I'm willing to drive back.
