“My review is mostly about the staff at this location. We witnessed a kind employee Coby/Kolby/Colby (sorry, one of the three) offer a houseless gentleman a bowl of Mac n cheese, fresh out of the kitchen. I’m just so pleased to see this kind of compassion and behavior, especially at a corporation/chain restaurant. It was very refreshing to see such a small act of kindness out of pure kindness. As for the food, I’ve always liked it.“

“Amazing food! We did the 7 course option and it turned out wonderful. The staff is sooo super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Portland. Also holds a special place in my heart since we got engaged there. :)“

“Honestly, the best Calamari I've ever had. Fresh, with a light but crisp batter, the dip they find on the side is spectacular. The only thing that would make it even better would be more of the calamari rings instead of the crisps & some fresh lemon.“

“VERY TASTY!! Yes the food took a little longer but I took into account that this a solo owned cart and the cart owner is playing several roles. All the ingredients are fresh as can be and I appreciate that. I received 2 separate plates and not one disappointed. I can’t wait to return and bring my friends and family! Not to mention the cart owner is so respectful and kind.Thanks Fresco for incorporating home made cultural food into the food cart space. Bravo.“
