I need to express my deep frustration with the customer service we’ve encountered during our visits. This isn’t just about the store; it’s about the treatment we receive. As a Russian man married to an American woman, I have been disheartened by the blatant rudeness exhibited by certain employees when serving my wife. The blond woman is very pleasant.
Every time we step into that store, we are simply looking to grab a few items, yet we are met with dismissive attitudes when they here us speak English. It’s infuriating to witness such disrespect and bias in a place that should embody inclusivity and warmth we are in America if you don’t like Americans you are in the wrong country.
We deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of our backgrounds. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and it pains me to see my wife subjected to such negativity. I hope there can be a change because no one should feel unwelcome or belittled while shopping.

Dry Italian Sandwich with a side of plastic!
Ordered an Italian sandwich with a latte to-go. Took 15 minutes and the worker brought it out on a plate, had to ask for it to-go again. Another 5 min later she brought it back out in a bag, but no latte in sight. When I reminded her about my latte she was like, “oh” and started making it. So after ~25min, I finally received my sandwich and latte to-go.
Sandwich was basically salami and lettuce on dry bread. Felt like I was eating the Sahara desert. On my third bite I noticed something not right in my mouth, that’s when I pulled a 4 inch piece of plastic that had been in my sandwich out of my mouth.
What a joke of a place.

I bought a spoiled sausage, it smelled really bad, and I’ve been told that this is NOT a Costco and they cannot and will not accept it back. Even the owner came and didn’t even care to smell it, she just said she’ll lose her money and since it hasn’t been made by the store they won’t accept it.

Very disappointed with the costumer service. On 10/14 at 3:10 pm we came to get a couple of slices of Napoleon cake. I was told that the cake was just made which makes it hard to cut it, and was asked to come back at least in two hours. Which is fine. We came back around 7:30pm, and the girl that was working there, was very mean! With a mean, grouchy voice stated: “No! I can’t cut it. This cake can be sold as one piece only!” She was completely ignorant and refused to cut it. If I would know that it will happen, I would not waste my time and would go straight to Babushka store/cafe. The costumer service is always at its best there.

Been going here for years and the owner is super cool. Fresh cakes are the best in town. I love going there for peroshkis. Even given us free food and in-store credit. gave me giant chocolate bars on my birthday. Owner even chased me from down the road asking why I didn't tell employees I had free food. Groupons are totally worth getting and you get a lot of food.
