Worst Popeys in the entire nation!!!! Orders always screwed up, send all dark meat with a 4 piece. Missing a 3 piece box of tenders. Last time sent chicken that had been sitting all day. Your crew sucks!!!!

Mary and her crew were the best at customer serveicw food and everything and let me tell you food wise ive been to alot of popeyes and this one by far was the best one ive ever ate at the soda was soda lol but the sandwich so thick crunchy and delicious just the right amount of sauce and the biscuit was so fresh so soft man if I didnt live in Washington id come here everyday tha ks for the fresh amazing food

1:32 pm jan 4th for franchise and corporate playback time. Workers laughing, not filling orders. Looking at customers not helping assemble tickets. Causing their line back up.

Unfortunately it's inside the mall. Online and on the app says we can pickup via drive thru... But where? Called three times and no one answered. I'd rather drive the additional 5 mins to one that has a drive thru because getting to this was a pain!

Great and speedy customer service. This biscuit is the softest I’ve had from any Popeyes location. The team seemed to do great handling such a busy crowd.

I came in during my lunch break on 10/22/2025 at approximately 5:25pm and ordered the 6pc combo. My chicken is raw and still bleeding and I didn’t notice until after I began eating it. After calling the store and asking the manager what was the issue she became irate towards me for being upset that I spent my money on raw chicken!! I am suppose to speak to the General Manager Isabella tomorrow and hopefully receive my refund. I would not advise anyone to eat here !! It’s everything they describe it to be🤢🤮 the pictures show the chicken ripped apart !!
