This little stand in the Happy Valley Food Hall is serving up some REAL Chinese food. I was so impressed with the flavor of their cucumber "salad" which is just so tasty it's addicting - with so much garlic, it'll scare away any virus. Their beef roll is so delicious - I love that it has a great balance of beef and LOTS of scallions which always make it taste so much better. Stopped in for lunch and only tried the beef pancake but it was legit! Was pleasantly surprised as I usually have low expectations when orange chicken is on the menu. Will come back to check out other menu items in the future.
This review is for their wonton soup. It is DELICIOUS. We have tried a lot of wonton soups in the area because my two year old loves wontons and this is by far the best. Wontons are so fresh. We know that we can never go wrong for our two year old when we order this! He devours it every time. Big big win for a two year old!
