Be aware. The owner is vegetarian and served bad meat (chicken). This place used to be amazing since the last owner & has gone down hill. You can not serve bad chicken and meat! Perhaps stick to a menu (vegetarian) or other dishes you are more comfortable making. This is not it, you are going to make someone sick! I got pad thai on a lunch and it was chicken. The chicken smelled sour and was cooked in less that 10min. She offered a re-do, I should have just got my money back.

Customer service was great. Unfortunately, the food was inedible. We got the chicken pad Thai and veggie pad see ew and there was absolutely no flavor, and the texture was off. Ate three bites and couldn't eat any more. Not sure if it was an off night, but won't be back.

My favorite thai food cart. The food always tastes wonderful, comes with huge portions, and stays open for those late night cravings! The thai tea has a strong flavor just like the food, which I love because thai tea is my favorite drink. She also has chinese sausage on the menu which is sooo delicious and rare to find elsewhere. My boyfriend also loves the food, and he is thai so you know it's good. Winnie is also so sweet, she brought my food to my car on a rainy day so I didn't have to be out in the rain. I give lots of respect to her for running the cart all by herself! She always makes me leave smiling :)

Winnie is incredible. As a night owl, I have very few options for good food late at night, so having Winnie around is a godsend. Every time I come here it's delicious and season perfectly. Also it's just a 1 woman operation, she's open 7 days a week for 9 hours a day until the late hours of the morning. Thank you for doing what you do Winnie!!

Ordered off GrubHub and it was honestly just, not good. The meat was not good quality and didn’t taste fresh. I got the chicken pad see ew and so much of the noodles were like cooked together in big clumps. Vegetables were not cooked thoroughly. Big portions but too expensive and poor quality

Went there yesterday for the second time to celebrate a birthday with 9 friends. As before the food was excellent and the service great. As we were a large group we were able to sample a wide range of dishes which tasted great and made with clearly quality ingredients. Thanks to all the staff for making it a great party.

Usually I go to La Catrina for street tacos next door but I was craving something different on this day and decided to try out Winnie Thai food. I really was craving noodles and the pad see ew hit the spot. The heat was perfect and the food was fresh and hot. Portions were decent. All in all solid meal. Looking forward to exploring other menu items.
Honestly I dont remember the name of what I ordered. It had thick noodles, chicken, veggies and basil leaves. I was looking for food on a Sunday (1:20 AM to be exact) and found Winnie's on Yelp. Honestly I didn't believe they were really open as late as advertised. To my surprise they were open, super friendly and the food was better than anything I've had, especially considering what time it was on a Sunday. 10/10 totally recommend. I ordered Mild which was still spicy to me, if you have a low spice tolerance I'd suggest you ask for no spice

Ordered chicken pad thai and pad see ew. Chicken pad thai noodles were complete mush and the chicken tasted like it was previously frozen and pre-sliced. And the pad see ew was spicy…. I’ve ordered pad see ew 50 times before and it’s never once had any sort of spiciness. Confused and misled by the positive reviews here……..
