The wait time to get your food is horrendous, I ordered 20 minutes ago and there are people that have been waiting for manger then that to get food. So who knows how long it will take for me to get my food. The employees behind the counter look like they don’t even want to be here and when you stand at the counter to get service because you are paying with cash they act like you are an inconvenience to them. I would have been better off going into the gas station and getting a roller dog. Pretty sure this will be my last time stopping here. Edited So after waiting 30 minutes to get my food it looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. Had to throw it away cause I didn’t want to get sick

The women working were rude and disrespectful, especially the check out lady. If you don’t like the public, don’t work in it. There’s a certain level of niceties that are expected when you’re spending your money on something someone is selling, you can’t expect to have return customers or even new customers when if there’s animosity from the workers. I read these reviews every time before I go into a place. I won’t be back and I hope people read these reviews before they spend their money here.

From grand junction co, I’m actually a secret audit for another state, we went in to order a chili cheese fry, and a number 15 with a root beer float, the lady with a nose ring, wanted to argue with us because we didn’t receive our food, and she messed up our order putting a drink instead of a root beer float, she decided to state let’s look at your receipt, just because you messed up our order, of course it’s going to show on the recipe. we will not be back!

Not many fast food joints that still use fresh, quality ingredients, but A&W does! And they manage to serve you faster than most places, too.
Use there order yourself pad and grab a number to place on the table. 4 workers in an empty restaurant and still had to go get my order twice. 1st the float and then the food. They looked at that number with a yeah right pal look on there faces!

I have never paid high fast food prices like these and been so disappointed. I’m pretty sure one of the kids was picking his nose while we waited a solid 25 minutes for our order. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.
Great employees who had long hair that should be contained in hair nets. Just keeps people safe from stray hairs in their combo meals. Place was spotless and very quiet on this visit.
I’d Mos Def do it again.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

Did they not think customers wouldn’t notice a 50 percent decrease in size on their large Root Beer Freeze I bet it isn’t even 20 oz now when it use to come in large drink cup. When does the corporate greed end
