“DELICIOUS!!! Yes all caps, because the food is beyond delicious!!!Let's start with the location. It is in the best possible place. Every time I drive by I can smell the food. And most of the time it is packed.I usually order the burro adobado. So much flavor and great quantity. Most of the time it ends up lasting and I eat half when I get home and then in the morning I eat the rest for breakfast.Lots of flavor. Lots of choices. I will not recommend anything because it all depends on your taste buds that day. Roll the dice and pick something.Honestly, the only mistake you can make is not trying anything. You will miss out. During the summer the cool drinks are worth trying.Just remember to be safe entering and exiting the facility.”

“I had chicken teriyaki and it rocked!!! My husband had the wagyu burger which i’m told was also delish-ious! I took a snickerdoodle cookie to go which was the perfect texture of hard on the outside, gooey on the inside!The restaurant itself is open, spacious and clean and the servers were full of energy!Great visit and if you are heading to Hermiston you should totally check it out!”

“This food is amazing! The food has so much flavor without all the hot spices to cover it up. For anyone wanting mexican food but have issues with spicy food, this is the spot for you. They offer spicy dishes, for those who like the heat. But with this flavor you really don't need the heat. Thank you Ixtapa for an amazing affordable dinner.”

“This is a cool restaurant, but figure a while to get your food. I’m not sure if it’s cause I was dining alone or not but my order didn’t get taken for over 15 minutes. Poor waitresses seem very spread thin as far as not enough help. Sitting by the kitchen both times, I could hear the cooks yelling at them. I never saw them slowing down for a moment, but never caught up. That’s for sure. Steak & potato was delicious. Bread was just OK and I had an everything salad the first time I went. That was a good salad. I hope they get some more help there. It seems like that’s what they need. I went here years ago and recall the waitresses being less stressed and more available to enjoy serving folks. The atmosphere is cool with the old decor, and, just like an old-fashioned gathering place.”

“Okay I don’t have a picture of the food bc it was that good! I hate it so quick and let me tell you their inside house sauces are fire! Their ranch is the best of the best and I am an experienced long time ranch connoisseur so I know what I’m talking about!!! The service for Lily was amazing she so kind and so alert and attentive to details of knowledge of the menu and ingredients and she was quick to help me with my kids and brought us our water and asked us if we needed anything and was so caring! If I lived by this place it would be my regular place I attend!Vegetarian options: I think my favorite thing is that it’s À la carte so you can really customize your order and get what you desire!”

“An amazing little find up in Umatilla! Stopped in for breakfast. MASSIVE Breakfast burrito for $10. Had to break it up into 2 meals. Nelly, the owner, made my food personally. SUPER friendly, nice atmosphere. Also completely understands about Vegan/Vegetarian options and goes out of her way to avoid food cross-contamination”

“They have improved a lot. They now have quick and pleasant service, the food is made and brought to the table in a timely manner, and the coffee is good. “It was Easter and I wanted to go to one of my go to places in Hermiston but they were closed. I came across this place on Google, their prices seemed decent, and they were open. Upon entering we were greeted and ordered enchiladas and sopes togo. It took about 10 mins. for our order to be ready, which was great. Let me tell you, I LOVED everything we ordered. Fresh, affordable, and good portions for the price. They also have a temp controlled covered cart with bomb sauce and fixings. I want to go back tomorrow for the shredded beef rojo enchiladas. My new favorite??”

“I've like the two Gordito sandwiches I've had there. Also the Chorizo Burrito with no rice, but beans added. I dig their red hot sause. I hade an order of tamales that I thought was as good as my neighbor makes, generous meat.”
