Showed up lady ignored me for like 30 seconds cuz she was on her phone got my Boba which was advertised to have boba in it in the picture didn't actually come with Boba cuz that cost an extra 75 cents. Yeah, nah, i paid almost 7$ it should come with boba.

The tea was ok, but the service horrible. The young woman working did not acknowledge us in any way when we walked up to the window. I called “hello” and she still ignored us. My daughter rang the bell and still not a word. When she did come to the window, she still didn’t say hello, just looked at us. The only words she said was the price of our order. We won’t be stopping there again.

There was a short hair Hispanic girl working, we stood outside when she was putting food in the garbage right next to us. Could see us standing there. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while she just messed with stuff inside. Wasnt doing anything specific. I said hello and she didn't reply or say a word during our whole order. Sat at the walk up window for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Girl has absolutely no customer service skills. Sad because I loved coming here beforehand. All it takes is one bad experience to turn someone off of a place and today was it.

We had 4 boba teas of various flavors and cheesecake on a stick. It was all very good. The server wasn't very personable, but at least the drinks and food were a good quality.

this place takes FOREVER to get food?? there’s nobody in the line and i almodt wait an hour just to get food.
Absolutely amazing service , very friendly and delicious bubble tea .. not to mention quick service. Everyone has mentioned bobatastic so my daughter and I went today and I'm glad we did .. bobatastic will be my new favorite place !

Terrible customer service. Worker was on her lunch when we all arrived, which was fine, except she did not say anything to us or acknowledge us the whole time from the table she was sitting at to let us know how long it would be since a lot of us were clearly waiting. When her timer went off she went back inside and began making drinks for about ten minutes (we had been already waiting for about 20 minutes) and then came to the window to let us know she was still on her lunch for another 15 minutes. The sign said 30 minutes, with no return time. She could have let us know while sitting at the table it would be at least 45 minutes before she would be able to take our orders.

Did not get what I ordered and employee would not make it right. Employee argued with me too. Paid 7 bucks for nothing!!! Was never offered a refund and never touched the drink. Very bad business will not be back for anything. Hard pass on this place.
