Went to use a coupon at the drive through window and was told I had to tell them before I made the order. That young girl was sweet but wasn’t sure what to do so she got her manager, an older Hispanic lady. My thought was that you could just cancel and redo the order with the coupon. Easy right? Apparently not, because she kept telling me I had to pay the full price and we are tight on money right now so I told her no thank you. She was extremely rude and degrading. I still have money on my gift card but don’t think it is worth going back to the Hermiston Burger King.

I walked into this Burger King expecting a simple Whopper. What I got instead was a traumatic core memory, courtesy of one man: Hector Carrera.
The moment I asked for my order, it was like I had personally offended him by existing. He looked at me like I was the dirt under his shoe, and when I asked politely for a Whopper with no onions, he acted like I was asking for the secret Krabby Patty formula.
He called me ugly. Yes. Full-on insulted my appearance in front of everyone. I have never recovered. My self-esteem is in shambles. I look in the mirror and hear his voice.
He refused to make my order the way I asked. No substitutions, no courtesy, just raw disrespect. I went in hungry and left emotionally scarred. The sun hasn’t felt warm since. I can’t even pass by a Burger King without getting flashbacks.
Hector, if you’re reading this, you didn’t just mess up a meal. You ruined my year.
That said, the Whopper I eventually got… immaculate. 10/10. Would emotionally suffer again for it.

Friendly and helpful. This my review for March 6th. Of 2025. My meal was 👍 as usual. But there was one problem this time. I needed more mayonnaise. My son was with me and I having problems right now with maneuvering right now because of a injury. So my son went up and came back with two mayonnaise packets. I only opened one. The oil was separated from the mayo ingredients.

The manager refused to replace a drink that her employee had filled in error. I ordered orange sugar free and was handed a full sugar cola product. Their contast number hangs up immediately...ABSOLUTELY NO AVENUE TO RESOLVE BURGER KING MISTAKES!!! As a diabetic, I will not return to this sight.

Tonight went to Burger King, asked for some chicken fries. Was told they were sold out, yet it didn’t say it was sold. Cashier was very disrespectful and had an attitude.
I have already gone more than ten times to buy a burger with bacon and they have never put bacon in it, if they don't have bacon just say, don't put cheese in it if I don't order it with cheese it's for a reason, it's not because I can't afford it to buy it with cheese, I go there not because I'm the best but because I'm hungry and it's fast, but if you're going to do things, do them well, it's the least you can do to show professionalism.
