They knocked it out of the park for me. I gave them a digital image they transfered to a great peanut butter cup ice cream sheet cake. Everyone at our party thought it was great.

Burger was dry. I asked for a Smores Billard and ended up with a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. Didn't realize why it tasted so off, (no chocolate & no marshmallows) till I gave it to my partner and he commented on the excessive nutmeg that was in it.

We ordered a milkshake, and they did not do a milkshake. They put ice cream and pineapple on the bottom of the cup. So therefore it was not a milkshake, very disappointed. I cannot do a good milkshake.

Went to get ice cream after a day around 10:15 and there was two people outside the window appearing to buy something so we joined the line and they walked over and said that the lane is closed and that they hadn’t changed the times yet. Very disappointing to see that they especially since they had fresh ice cream in their hands.

Tbh, I go to this DQ almost every single day for ice cream/blizzards. During the day, my blizzard order is always almost right. However during the evening, they get my blizzard order wrong EVERY SINGLE time. It’s extremely annoying it’s a blizzard so I can’t tell if all the pieces are in there until I dig in ya know? I get down the road and get so disappointed esp when I have a sweet tooth/craving. Night shift, do better PLEASSSSE!!!!!

I live in Pendleton and granted there is a Dairy Queen there, my preference will always be the Hermiston store My food quality is always fresh, my ice cream is always picture perfect, and the service is never disappointing!
