Walked in and felt like I needed a bell to grab someone’s attention from the back . The last couple times I’ve ordered online I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes inside for my pick up order. I paid extra for a large fry and received a regular size. I haven’t seen a blizzard flip in foreverrr and that’s what they were known for !! I wasn’t expecting them to rip off the coupon on the kids bag without asking , then when I tried to correct it they told me the coupon is in the trash and proceeded to give me a kids cone in a cup . I wanted the coupon , not the ice cream right now .

I've been having very poor experiences here recently. Cold fries, no sauces when ordered. The worst was a chicken strip basket WITHOUT FRIES. How disappointing, check your orders before you leave the drive through.

We ordered a 6 PC chicken strip basket with gravy and fry sauce. We got 6 small overcooked, dry cold, chicken pcs. With gravy. No fries, no toast. A coke and 2 small blizzards. We paid 22.57. It was the worse dinner we have ever gotten from DQ. Does anyone check quality before handing it to customers?

To the young lady working the window and the guy with a cast on his arm. The girl said to me; Don't knock on my window! My reply don't retain my debit card for 7 minutes. Idk if you weasels are stealing my information!!! Yes, I had to knock on the window for my debit card and the drinks I bought!!
