Our waitress Amber was awesome she was very insightful on the menu and what came with each meal and drinks, She even was considerate of her customer including my table as well. To be honest this was a better experience than last time I was here with my family, waitress like this need to come around more often and show how this work can be fun and rewarding as well

The food is absolutely amazing…..whenever they decide to give you service. I’m sitting in here as we speak and it’s been 40 minutes of sitting here waiting in the lounge and no one has come to help me.

Dennys is my favorite place to go for drinks at the bar with my crew. But things have changed since my go to bartender Lisa is missing behind the bar
We went to eat with my family on Thursday morning! We were greeted very rudely by my server! Her name was Anna! I was very upset and the food was very good but the service was just terrible i don’t if this lady was having a bad day but she needs to fix her attitude!

We went on a Sunday after church services. Very busy but the staff was friendly and very efficient. The wait time for seating and receiving food orders was quick, the food was hot, and the staff was attentive.

I didn't give my phone number when paying the bill and realized it after we got back to hotel room at 11:00 pm. I tried contacting someone about this but could not reach anyone directly to the late hour so I went back the next day and was told that it could have been corrected if i would have come back on same business day how it was after 11 when we left . This is a complaint more about the rewards program and the inability to add meals to my card after purchase. I have the original receipt yo show what i spent when, where but im suppose to just accept the fact that I get no points for the meal. I missed getting credit the day before also because my hubby paid and didnt.know he needed to give our number to add it. So over 100.00 spend and no credits to help me earn things. It's like they hope you don't remember about it and they don't hsve togoge anything away due to points.

Came in with family for breakfast on a Sunday extremely long wait. But Vanessa got us seated and was our server, and let me tell you she is just a delight! Great at her job works fast and very friendly. As for the older gentleman that works the front that wears the face mask all he seems to do is look at girls butt’s very unprofessional!
