The real manager Larry is awesome he helped me through an order and to fix incorrect items. I seen a review that said Morgan is the manager of the store but that is incorrect. Larry is amazing I recommend going here over pizza hut any day

I ordered a hawaiian pizza with extra cheese on it, the store is short on cheese. according to the manager when I called to complain over barely having any on my pizza. They also cross contaminated my pizza, it's covered in jalapeño juice. Manager was rude, didn't care, all she had to say is a truck is late. She couldn't wait to get off the phone, Nor apologize or acknowledge their mistake. I don't recommend ordering from here. Corporate needs to pay more attention to this store an who they have working for them.

Ordered chicken bacon BBQ & tator tot bacon cheddar melt paid $22.oo for order & gave $5 tip both of my orders were burnt with black hard BBQ sauce not sauce at all very upset I'm elderly & disabled had never tried these before & do not recommend at all (go to pizza hutt ) or any other pizza place here in Hermiston Oregon also after my food was delivered nobody would answer my call!!! I will call again tomorrow to talk to management bad bad bad don't recommend never will I order from them again!!!

I ordered pizza and wings. The wings were under sauced and pieces were a little burnt, but I didn't complain about that. I complained because I got shorted a wing. Yes, I know. It is just a wing, but I paid for it. I didn't make a huge deal, but I did Mention to the manager that they should count the wings a little more thoroughly. Not only did she not even apologize, but she couldn't wait to get off the phone she didn't even acknowledge the mistake. I'm not asking for a hundred percent perfection, but please acknowledge when you messed up my order. Domino's wouldn't give me free wings. So why do I have to pay for wings That I didn't get.just saying

Wife made an order for me to pickup had items missing and they didn't give me a receipt. I also had to drive from another town to pickup the order in the first place. Guess I'm out some money. Also calling on the phone doesn't help it's just a message machine that doesn't let you talk to anyone who works there. So you can't make a complaint. Would have like to talk to a manager.

Dietary restrictions: We ordered a $16 small gluten free and cheese free pizza. What we were given was a pizza with cheese and missing toppings. This is extremely concerning as a person with dietary restrictions. When we called Domino's to have it fixed, I had to wait on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When my husband was picking up the pizza, the employees were dismissive and short, and my "extra green peppers and onions" ended up having less than 10 pieces of each. This issue was brought up to the manager and the employees, but they were unwilling to fix the issue. My husband decided to leave with what he had rather than acting out of anger. I now have a $16 small, overcooked pizza with limited toppings. We will be pursuing this issue further.

Ordered dinner for me and the family. 1 pizza, 2 orders of bread sticks, a salad and some wings. Got everything except for my wings. When I called they asked if I was okay with a credit and I said no, that’s my dinner. And the lady on the line then proceeded to snap back with “okay I was just asking” and I replied with I’d prefer they get remade and delivered because that was my portion of the family dinner. And she said okay and hung up the phone. I work in the food industry I understand mistakes are made but my food sat in “quality check” for 15 minutes and then the delivery driver went to the wrong address. They sent the same delivery driver back. With the wings that were already made an hour ago. His words “sorry they were hiding at the bottom of the bag” They were cold. Not remade. And only 6 wings in an 8 piece order.

it was pretty good of the food i ate the person that was waiting for us to say about what we want we thought he was gonna say something because he was silent the whole time when he came until we told him which order was our's but it was ok because we enjoyed the food

Parking: the perfect parking at dominos has free and lots of space

Kid-friendliness: its really friendly for kids like us and no harm and perfect
