When this business first opened the cookies were phenomenal, prices were descent. We have ordered their assorted regular sized cookies and minis a handful of times within the last few months, lately they have been awful each time. I have given them multiple chances thinking maybe it was just that batch. I’m not sure what has changed. Some are dull and chewy while others like the brookie for example, are hard and absolutely bitter. I would recommend crumbl in Kennewick, that is where we take our service now. Updated prices aren’t worth the quality of food they are serving.

I went yesterday and the cookies are sooo good. The lady was so helpful. She held the door open for me because I am using crutches (had foot surgery) and then she carried my cookies out to my car. Great customer service. I wish I had gotten her name.
My boyfriend’s job gave these out today and i accidentally ate the whole box ? they’re so freaking good! Chewy, doughy, not hard like a regular cookie but more like a cupcake cookie. They are totally worth the $ because they’re awesome. Would post a pic but its just an empty box now lol

Friendly staff, very nice. Thats the good thing. Bought 12.00 worth, paid 22.00 and I got 9 dollars back, even after she tried to hand me back my 2 one dollars ansd I said, no, this way you just give me back a 10.00 bill. Shebwasnt sure how to get thebregister back open so I told her just to keep it for the tip. So much for getting rid of my ones. I dont know what variety other reviews are talking, but there really are only two. Chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. I walked in expecting like a "donut case" of cookies to chose from. Then, after walking back to my hotel room, I had to walk back because the cookies were raw and doughy. They were nice and gave me an new box, but by then I wasnt in the mood anymore. Lost its charm by then so I gave them to front desk personnel. I have read several reveiws now on the raw issue. Hope they fix that. Wont recommend, wont be back.
