Dutch Bros in Hermiston is amazing! Cam, the assistant manager, is absolutely awesome. He’s always upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely makes every visit better with his positive energy. You can tell he really cares about customers and runs the stand smoothly, even during busy rushes. Went to Dutch Bros 12/2/25. I was going to get some gift cards, but the young kid guy was leaning against the counter inside with his back to the outside On His PHONE ! I knocked on the counter he never turned around or looked up. I stood there a few more seconds to see how long it was going to take him to notice someone was standing there. Then when he did notice me, I walked off and guess what I went to another coffee shop to get gift cards. You wanted to be on your phone. Have a Happy Day !

I asked for a carburetor hazel nut truffle and they asked if it was anything special about it and I said no, I just wanted it made from scratch. They didn’t do what I asked and just used it from the machine. Not what I asked for. Doesn’t taste like there is any coffee in it. Thanks.

Literally all the kids working there standing in a crowd talking to friends in cars oblivious to the customers waiting in line. One one person making drinks while 90% of the employees stand around talking. Literally waited 40 minutes for my order. Late for work. Great product, horrible, horrible service. Do not recommend. ...and they ask for tips? For what?!
