Dutch Bros in Hermiston is amazing! Cam, the assistant manager, is absolutely awesome. He’s always upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely makes every visit better with his positive energy. You can tell he really cares about customers and runs the stand smoothly, even during busy rushes. Employees like Cam are the reason Dutch Bros stands out—great service, great attitude, and great vibes every time.
Seem to have enough people working. That seemed to be somewhat disorganized, sometimes doesn't acknowledge you waiting. I have ordered drinks and got them wrong. I ordered to drink once and found out.They didn't put any ripple or flavoring in it.
I just love the staff! Cam, Harvest, and Helen always bring a smile to my face….
I go ‘too often’….but it’s the cheapest and best therapy.
