I'm sure the food is great, but I ordered a burger with no cheese and it had cheese on it. I just had to throw it away because I already drove back to work when I noticed it.

We didn't all of our order and had to go back and get the rest. Then what was in the bag wasn't what we order. The burgers were completely dried out.

By far the best Jack in the Box I've ever been to in 30 years. They did get a couple items wrong, but without a prompt from us they came out to the car when they saw us trying to sort it out, and they made it right. Way to be!!

Went twice two weeks ago, food was nasty and under cooked, also order was completely wrong. Missing one of the sandwiches and they also screwed up the one they did give us. A friend also went shortly before us and his jack wrap had pink, raw chicken inside. Went today and the person working the window absolutely has zero customer service skills and in a mirror of last time, forgot our drinks and had to be reminded. Juda (whose badge says shift lead) was the one working the window, sure you don't have to be happy about your job but don't take it out on customers who did nothing to you. This location has had a lot of problems in the past so it's not a surprise to see history repeating itself.

Order through doordash. I ordered to build your own Munchie meal. The spicy chicken Jack with extra mayo and extra tomatoes. I'm at work currently doing a graveyard shift so I cannot leave. I received my order and there is no tomatoes and no mayo. I'm trying to call the store to get an answer to see if I can get a refund or something. But they are not answering the phone. As of right now I have called 12 times back to back. Is currently 11:30 p.m. I used to be a crew trainer at a fast food restaurant for 6 and 1/2 years and we were always taught to answer the phone. It seems to be a reoccurring problem I have with Jack in the box. They mess up the order and I can never get a hold of anybody. And when I finally do what do I get? A refund that I have to wait 2 weeks to arrive on my card, or a pity $3 inconvenience credit. Wichita honestly doesn't do anything because if I reorder again it's going to cost me more. And I can't leave and go to the restaurant until I get off work but by then it's too late.

Nice people but service was slow. Nobody up front. I did get friendly help though. The lady who helped me also made suggestions. Some of better fast food in town. Atmosphere wise there's nothing happening.
I guess we can call it chill.

Never again. Service was rude, food was cold and I was told I can't pay with a large bill, when my food bill was half of the bill. The drive thru employee was beyond rude. I won't go back. (It's been declining but this was the last straw for me)

I love jack in the box I go at least once a week. But the last two weeks I've had a bad experience. Last week they give me the wrong change(manger didnt get what i was trying to tell her and being rude. then give me the wrong burger. And tonight I asked for egg rolls an they give me chicken strips.

Took a electric scooter through the drive thru they didn't have a problem with that, and have even walked thru the drive thru and they always take care of the customer. Other places do not let you .they miss out on money that way. Of course I only walk thru when the dining room is closed. And have had the last night person open the door and let us eat inside when it was after hours and extremely cold,didn't even ask she just said it's to cold out ,come inside and eat and warm up.that never happens anywhere.
