Every time I order from jack in the box the burgers are always partially cooked thru yhe meat is always pink and under cooked and jack in the box wonders why yhey are shutting down stores they are over priced and the food from there isn't that great

Was in line for more than 20 minutes just for my order to be wrong. Everytime I order the food is always given wrong. At this point I have to say I’m allergic so they actually pay attention. This hasn’t improved in months and I don’t think the store manager cares. Don’t go here.

The burgers are always great. The service was way below average. I pulled up to the drive through and I asked for a minute to go over the menu. I was asked if I was ready to order. I asked for a minute. I ordered my first item and my second item. I asked for a minute but I was asked if . that would complete my order. I mentioned I was still going to order. Then I finally completed my order. Pulled up to the drive through. I was asked if I wanted any sauces I said yes. I was asked twice what kind of sauce. The person working the drive through was in a hurry to get my order she seemed rushed even at the window. I finally got home with.my order and it was wrong. I ordered all fries and got curly fries. My assessment for this visit. Take your time to understand the order and get it right versus rushing an order and getting it wrong.

I'm giving them one star because it won't let me give less! The service is terrible. I've been waiting for over 20 minutes today to be served. I used DoorDash for a while, and if you go as a Dasher it's even worse. They serve everyone who arrives and ignore those waiting for DoorDash!

Every time I come here, my food is either burnt or reheated an old oil, french fries curly fries tacos always so hard. It hurts to bite it. The employees are young and immature and rude. Definitely need to learn some customer service skills.

ordered through DoorDash and that was just half an hour ago Tuesday night July 1st.. I couldn't tell you when they do got good food but I can definitely tell you when they don't. :( My premium chicken tater melt I was all excited to get that they brought back and got the T-Pain box with it and decided I'd try the soda swirl shake that they had on the menu and that turned out to be watered down like some cheap Italian soda barely tastes like watermelon definitely not sour and my chicken tater melt I'd absolutely no ranch on it The cheese looks like it was melted on hours ago it looks like it may have had a little bit of ranch before it said under heat lamp for hours not sure and it had one strip of premium bacon and then four little pathetic half pieces of cheap bacon from their cheap breakfast items.. One of the most disappointing meals I've had from there in a long time. The best part was the air freshener but the packaging told me not to eat it cuz apparently somebody must have. honestly, started to make a little bit more sense after I started eating my food.
