The breakfast options in Hermiston are limited compared to their Umatilla and Stanfield location but the food is decent. I would say this is my favorite place for food but the coffee made by barista Jessica is good every single time. I struggle with some coffee shops consistently making my drink taste good every time. I often find other places will not make it sweet enough, they will make it taste burnt or watered down or sometimes too milky tasting but Jessica consistently makes me a Frenchie the same consistent quality every time. I wish prices were lower but I understand the economy and costs of stuff so it's not feasible but when I have the money and go to Hermiston Java junkies I am never disappointed with my Frenchie.

I ordered a 12 ounce latte and when it arrived the cup seemed small. I pointed it out to the person at the counter and she said “that’s our 12 ounce cup”. Well, I had to wait for it to cool down anyway so I drove home and measured it by pouring it in a measuring cup. 10 ounces. The breakfast burrito was very good, but I remember them being bigger in years past. I get that smaller portions are a way of keeping prices down, but at least be honest about sizes.

The girl who helped my mom and I at the drive thru window was so rude. I had to repeat my order literally like 8 times, and she still kept asking, "What?"We were just trying to order 2 hot coffees. Nothing extravagant. I ended up driving away and never going back.

Don’t let the looks of this place scare you away. We only stopped because it was on the side of the street we were on. Heading to a basketball game, we swung in. The “Simple Bliss Americano” chefs kiss! I hope your open on Sundays.
