They open at 10:30. At 10:40 we went through the drive up and was told it would be 30 minutes until the chicken would be ready. Why open at 10:30 if your food won't be available until after 11:00?

I don't understand. KFC used to rule when I was a kid. Now, something has changed. I ordered a crispy 16-piece dark meat bucket last week, and I expected at least a little crispiness to crispy fried chicken. Instead, it was soft, tasted like raw flour, and 11 different types of pepper. There was no joy in this meal. I couldn't even finish it, and I only had 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. I've eaten all manner of questionable food and came out fine. But after this... my guts have been messed up bad all week. Btw, fried chicken is supposed to be fried IN the oil, not 40% composed of it, KFC. The service was fast and friendly, though.

They are always so fast getting me through the drive through and I love that because my lunch break is only 30 mins. Food is fresh and fricken amazing everytime.
