This was by far the worst, soggy wet chicken I have ever had in my life. One piece and the rest went in the trash. Got to do better than this whoever the owner is have some quality control. The chicken was really badly cooked.

You’d think you wait so long for your food they would get it right. Also What’s the point of asking me what sauce I want when you aren’t going to give it to me anyway. KFC I guess KFC

Placed a online order, Got home and half of it was missing, the food was covered in honey and we didn't even order honey. This is twice that they messed up my orders. Good employees will make a good business but bad employees will sink you.
One of the best KFCs ive frequented. Fast service, fresh, hot food

Perhaps the best KFC experience I have had. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. Enjoyed it so much went back the next day again for lunch. Wish our local KFCs were this good.

I’m genuinely disappointed with the Hermiston KFC. Tonight (around 9:15pm), my wife went to grab us some food — well ahead of their 10:00pm closing time — and was told they're out of chicken. When she asked what they do have, the employee replied, “We’re pretty much out of everything.”
Look, I’ve worked in fast food and similar jobs before. I get the urge to start closing things down early and begin cleanup — especially on slower nights. But this felt less like a supply issue and more like the crew simply decided to shut it down early for their own convenience.
How does KFC, a national chain literally built around serving chicken, run out of it before closing time? It’s not like this is a brand-new location — they've been around long enough to know how much food to stock. Whether it’s poor planning or a lack of oversight, the end result is the same: customers being turned away and left frustrated.
This isn’t just a missed dinner — it’s a failure in basic business operation. I can’t imagine the manager or franchise owner would find this acceptable, and I’ll be sharing this experience on every review platform I can to make sure it gets seen.
If the team doesn’t want to serve customers right up until closing time, maybe the hours need to be changed — or new leadership needs to step in.

This girl named Evelyn had such amazing customer service towards us! We went by the drive through and she speaked to us amazing! But once we got to the window the ladies that were supposed to be preparing our food gave us a dirty look like they just wanted us to leave, but with Evelyn’s good way of speaking to us made us feel wanted and we enjoyed our chicken very much!
