You can count on consistency. The bathrooms are always clean ,and the food is ok. My order was recently handed to the car ahead of me in the drive thru, kept in the vehicle while that customer rummaged through it, handed back, then given to me,making me feel uncomfortable. The indoor play area is an added bonus if you have youngsters along. Beware of the unhomed hanging around.

now, what kind of mcdonalds closes at 10??? a few days ago i was travelling for work and stopped here, and they started cleaning and closing the store as i ordered (9:50 ish). ive never seen a mcdonalds that isnt 24 hours so they must be short staffed. other than that, the service was good, and the food was hot!

My complaint is not about the food because you get what you pay for at McDonald’s, however, there were loose paper all over the floor and the furniture including the chairs felt like they were washed in chicken grease. The towel dispensers in the bathroom were dead.
Now to add on to injury, I came down to this restaurant on the 14th of July wanting a cup of water and they said they were sold out which is actually impossible. You don’t run out of water and still have soda at McDonald’s. What is going here?
They messed up half my order and then charged me $6 to fix it

I had to wait 30 minutes for a Big Mac Meal with a Large Soda. The soda was hot and the Big Mac was cold and raw. Never going back here. They also charged me $20 extra.

Quality of food has severely declined. Tried calling to give my input to a manager only to be met with a combative additude and told that I was in the wrong. No biggie the Stanfield location is better anyways.

Yes, the food is just like every other McDonald's out there. The service was good ... It was pretty busy in there today! They offer free soda refills on the same visit. But, the cool thing is their tables . They have LED lights in them and they put in a light show while you eat. Amazing!! You should definitely stop in and see it if you're driving through Hermiston, OR.
