Bad customer service was seated for around 30 minutes, no one came to bring me a menu or take my order. I got up and left took my business elsewhere i can assure you I'm not going back Midway you need to do better and train your personnel to treat customers like human beings.

I ordered another beer and some waters once I finally got the attention of a bartender, they were super annoyed about serving me even though I was nothing but patient. They said that last call would be in about 3 mins. I paid up and went to our table, the girls wanted to go smoke, so we went outside. After less then 10 minutes of me getting the beer they came out and said the outside was closed and we had to leave. We went back inside and our table was cleared of the waters that I had just ordered and our stuff. I guess they don't want their bar patrons to have some water after they drink.
The staff was stressed out and rude, NOT a good experience! I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.
On a separate occasion awhile ago, I had a chili burger and it was one of the most disappointing things I have ever eaten! This chili burger was soo bland it was barely edible! And I'm not a big spice guy, so that should tell you how awful this burger was. It's like they cook for a retirement home.

This was average at best. The cocktails were watered down and cheap liquor. The food was delivered hot and promptly but lacked in flavor. The patty melt burger was fine but there were too many onions and the rye toast was barely warmed so it went soggy fast. The natural fries were ok while hot but turned to limp oily potato sticks when cooled.

I ordered online for the 1st time,usually call my order in...my order was ready and on time. Staff were friendly and checked my order to ensure it was correct. I ordered the philly fetti and omg it was so good, cooked perfectly. I had to call back and compliment the cook. Great job! I just wish there was a place to put special instructions when placing an order online.
Well at 3:15pm on Halloween my husband and I received the worst service ever. And the cup of chili I ordered was so spicy and it's presentation was like I had mangled the toppings with in it before I got to it myself and my husband ordered the lasagna spaghetti special and had to ask for it to be warmed in microwave for a min for the cheese to be melted. The husky tall long blonde girl has major service issues. No pleasantness at all. She's dressed as an inmate. I'm gonna say she's player her role very well as an aggressor.

Server seemed annoyed to be helping me. I ordered a single chicken patty and a burger patty along with drinks. She brought the burger patty in a to go box while telling me my 4.5 pound service animal can not eat in their establishment. I said "that's fine she is actually working and will not eat food right now but the burger patty is for me" my dog has paperwork from my dr. As well as my handicap card. I proceeded to eat my burger patty while my animal rested quietly next to me unmoving during the entire visit until picked up by me for pressure supports. My corporate husband orders ALOT from LOCAL businesses for his large facility and all his employees. Unfortunately when his wife is treated badly as a little person, the company doesn't wanna give their business anymore. Especially with OMG competiton and service. Step it up midway. Sincerely a tourist and former local...
