Drive through visit was nothing special. I ordered a bowl with half chow mein and fried rice, with orange chicken. Most of the rice was burnt! Food quality is not there.

The place was fine. When we came through the drive-through we could barely hear the people talking and had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times and they were frustrated that we asked that. We both got the same thing to eat - orange chicken, rice, and noodles and within an hour we had symptoms of food poisoning. And the symptoms are awful oh my god. Will never eat here again just because after throwing up and all the other things that come with food poisoning even thinking about the food makes me queasy.

I love the good I loved the service before. Until I went in. Waited in line. Was about to have my order taken but the person had to go do the drive thru. Finally my turn, the person, ignores me and helps. Someone who just walked in that got something wrong. Okay. Finally. They ask about my order and as I say, my order the other person comes back to ask for more and I get ignored. Awful service. Instead of "one moment let me help my customer" I didn't get anything I got ignored three times. HORRIBLE. SERVICE.

I was very impressed with the efficient service with a smile! The food was amazing! The manager Stephanie was doing a beautiful job keeping things running efficiently and professionally, I was very impressed. The other staff were on task and pleasant also! Great experience!

My food is always good but my biggest complaint is that when I order TERIYAKI chicken you would think they would give you teriyaki sauce for your TERIYAKI chicken. Every single time I come they NEVER give the sauce for teriyaki chicken. I shouldn’t have to ask every time!!
Terrible service, the American serves you a lot of soup and takes it away and then wants to serve you the leftover for not bringing the new meat, they serve you very little food 0 stars

Very disappointed. 2nd time ordered delivery. Delivery was great but food was disappointing. Beef broccoli was all broccoli and in big pieces. Honey walnut prawns were all prawns with very little sauce or walnuts. Cream cheese rago was disappointing. All serving were very small and overpriced.

Bad substitute (rice for and entree) then when. The staff failed to do their job and notate who is supposed to be taken of I am refused the replacement.... Bad all around experience this time.
Update- they actually corrected it finally and everything was great. I have made a few orders since and everything has been done right. They're a busy location but great overall staff, I'll assume it was fluke
