I feel like it doesn't even matter which location I go to, I dont order teriyaki anymore because EVERY SINGLE TIME I DO im never given sauce. Idk why panda as a whole franchise does this everytime but yea, just dont order teriyaki or if you do triple check your food and bag for the sauce. Super pissed I didnt check because i had 3 orders of teriyaki none of which got sauce on top or on the side.

The crew looked stressed, they were kinda rude. They ran out of alot, ran out of teriyaki sauce and said nothing , why would I want teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce.

The wait in the drive thru can at times be long, however, the food is consistently good and it's the only fast food I know of in the area that sells the Mexican Coke in the glass bottles.

Ok, maybe it's just me....the food was very good as was the service. But the background noise made it difficult to hear the help at the counter, from one end to the other. Fans were very loud, otherwise the experience would have been a solid 5 🌟.

Stopped in while I was in Hermiston. Much better than my local P.E. which is always out of something. This one was very busy and they were constantly refilling the selections keeping up with demand.

This restaurant is the dirtiest operated place I have ever stepped into in my 40 years of life. Absolutely disgusting. I would give 0 stars if I could. Lots Of staff and 4 customers inside so busy can’t be an excuse .
Manager should be rolling their eye at customer, if there side machine isn’t operating correctly and customer ask you to fix it. Fix it.

I got a bigger plate today with orange chicken. The chicken was so hard I couldn't eat it due to being so overcooked/old. Very disappointed. I would of took it back, but I was working in boardman.

The server being the cashier makes service really slow here! No rush whatsoever line builds fast! I don't even bother coming in for lunch anymore because I don't have time to wait 15 minutes to get a plate because there's one server doing cashiering and serving! Poor service!
