I rated this store higher before, as I typically buy multiple pizzas when I order, like at least 4+. I always scan my QR codes they send with the pizzas, for extra rewards, as alot of us do, right? A lady had called me on 8/13/2025 from a higher up office demanding that I give 5 stars reviews, if I want my rewards. Questioning why I wouldnt rate them with 5 stars across the board ect. Said lady was very demanding and hostile with her questions and words back to me. I later went into my online account to check said rewards, only to see my rewards had been removed from my profile. I really didnt appreciate the attitude or threat. I am not one to take threats or demands lightly, especially when we spend so much of our $$ at this establishment. So here I am giving an honest review after hostile phone call.

Went in 11/3/2024. Asked if they had any specials, girl didn't know anything. Finally ordered two pizzas one Hawaiian and one taco no onions. They wear gloves to make your pizza but they handle the money and don't change gloves just continue making food with the same gloves on.Got them home and the taco was covered in onions and had no hamburger on it. Both pizzas were terrible. Way to expensive to get crappy food. Very unhappy.

Used to have great customer service, pizzas were done quickly. Its got to the point that if you walk in to order, you will be there a very long time. Just today i went there. One person making pizzas , with three other people wandering around , then going to the back leaving her alone making pizzas. Looks like Pizza Hut from now on.
