I loved it. I have tried Vietnamese food twice before and did not like it. Until I ate here I would have said I definitely don't like Vietnamese food but WOW! This was so good! Everyone should give Pho Quan a try!
The food compared to portland was more expensive and didnt taste as good. Still was okay food but not the best. Still greatful to eat it though. Servers were pretty friendly. The girl who brings out waters and menus isn't as friendly. The smoothies were not the best. Overall, I'd give it another try.
Very bland vermicelli. All I can taste is the basil. Sauce cup was less than half full and looked like water more than anything else. Absolutely no flavor which is a huge disappointment considering it cost an arm and a leg.
