The pho is good, broth is clear. The Asian aunty is really sweet. Just one complaint is the white girl who’s working there. She should learn how to remember the correct order and not to fight and gaslight the customer about their own order.
Best pho in the NW hands down. The service is great, the broth is very flavor packed. I recommend trying all the different plates they offer here. The pho is really where it's at. I have traveled along Portland, and seattle for the last several years. I always crave pho quan over other pho places.

Was pretty disappointed by the chicken spring rolls, had no flavor unless you used the peanut sauce. The smoothies and drinks were good.
Decent service, especially considering serving our table is like herding cats. Will definitely be back for the pho.
