On January 10 2026 I walked in and sat down I didn’t see the sign that said please wait to be seated the worker rudely said I guess go head and sit u didn’t see the sign well I’m sorry. Please talk to your employees about how to talk to there customers, and at that there were only 2 people eating so they were not busy either 🤷🏼♂️

Ordered pizza for a bunch of hungry caregivers, Pizza Hut staff stated they had put in the order and it should be there in 30, hour goes by and no pizza, called the place back, order was never put in and now they’re closing, Thanks so much Pizza Hut🤍

We were stuck in this area which has no real food options so we order two days straight and both times pizza came fast and it was perfect. The cheese was proportioned correct not over the edge and pepperoni was fresh. We order the pan crust which was their original crust which has failed lately with our experience with other Pizza Hut. But this one nailed it. We also tried the lemon pepper wings which were crispy and fresh and hot. I’m dropping this review for props to the staff for doing a good job. And so others order here instead of Dominos or Little Cesar’s because hands down pizza is fire.

Food was decent though we would have loved options like salad bar and dessert pizza like you used to have. They had no ice to have with soda and soad only available in bottles. It was like to go food at a table.
There was a horrible beeping very loud beeping the entire time we were there. Beeping beeping beeping. Not conducive to relaxed eating. It wasnt enjoyable at all.

I ordered and paid for a delivery in person to be dropped off to one of my customers. I get a call 20 minutes later, they said they have to cancel it because they forgot to put a delivery fee, My only option was pick it up. I offered to pay the delivery fee over the phone.And they said that was too difficult for them to do! Complete store full of incompetent employees.That must go back to management.

I decided to take a chance and order online, waited , till the app said it was done 25+ mins…. Go inside and they say it’s not even in the oven yet😤, waited another 35mins !!! The pizza dough was hard, no extra cheese that you now pay $2.25 for.. and the wings were cold still and sauce was like water 🤬, the kids in there were clowns and not respectful! 5-6 kids playing and laughing in the kitchen with a line out the door and drive through! WE WILL NEVER EAT AT HERMISTON PIZZA HUT AGAIN .
Great place and food. Went in and they had a long wait so ordered for delivery to our hotel. They delivered to our hotel room when was great as we were so tired. Food was great, better than the PH here in my town.

Our take out order took an hour to get completed. They deleted our names off the tracking board so it seemed as if it was brought out to us faster than it was. When we brought it up to the lady with a name tag that said "boss lady" she was rude and snapped at us that she knew our name had been deleted from the board. 30 mins later another gentleman went and found our food. "Boss lady" sat behind the register complaining about how she was NOT sharing her tips with anyone. The place was hot and smelly and the food was greasy, the service was worse than the rest.
