Service is bad more worried about doordash than customers waiting for there food

I decided to take a chance and order online, waited , till the app said it was done 25+ mins…. Go inside and they say it’s not even in the oven yet😤, waited another 35mins !!! The pizza dough was hard, no extra cheese that you now pay $2.25 for.. and the wings were cold still and sauce was like water 🤬, the kids in there were clowns and not respectful! 5-6 kids playing and laughing in the kitchen with a line out the door and drive through! WE WILL NEVER EAT AT HERMISTON PIZZA HUT AGAIN .

Our take out order took an hour to get completed. They deleted our names off the tracking board so it seemed as if it was brought out to us faster than it was. When we brought it up to the lady with a name tag that said "boss lady" she was rude and snapped at us that she knew our name had been deleted from the board. 30 mins later another gentleman went and found our food. "Boss lady" sat behind the register complaining about how she was NOT sharing her tips with anyone. The place was hot and smelly and the food was greasy, the service was worse than the rest.

Wings were given to us comepletlyy raw. Then they wanted to argue they come precooked but LOOK at these. They are soft and pink all the way through.

They skimp on portions here. Don't expect a full pizza you paid $20+ for, you will get ALL your onions on a single slice of pizza and so little meat you don't know if they even put any on there. Sad. No wonder this chain in general is shutting down stores nationwide, greedy for profits and no care for the customer. I get better quality food that's worth the cost at Little Ceasars.

The drive thru is a welcome addition, being in a wheelchair this really is the key reason for my choosing to go here over the Little Caesars Pizza down the road. However, the pizza is beyond awesome when compared to other pizza chains in town as well. This in addition to the staff always being super friendly are all the reasons that paying a few more bucks makes going here worth it for me.

We got a completely different order in delivery. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust and a small pepperoni pizza, Bread sticks and the chocolate chip thing. Instead we got two small pizzas with a cheese thing.

Me and my wife ordered a pizza it was a slow time they messed up on our pizza and gave us the messed up one said the pizza would be free for the mess up they still charged us for the pizza all around wasn't a good experience the pizza tasted bad then they gave us the wrong replacement pizza as well another mess up yet again no excuse for that many mistakes will not eat at another pizza hut after this experience

The lady that helped us was super mean and then we asked to get ranch and she complained because she had to make a new order. The fact that I can go to little Caesars and get two pizzas for half the price of one pathectic.
