On 03/03/24, I came here to have lunch with my parents. Since I was running errands, they placed an order for me around 1:14 and I ended up getting here around 01:35. My food still wasn't ready which was a little surprising since the restaurant wasn't packed. Eventually I got my food at 1:54 which was about 40 minutes after my order was placed. My food wasn't hot too. I don't ever keep track of stuff like this, but in this scenario I decided to because I thought the wait time was ridiculous.Also it felt like my parents were getting ignored because they wanted a refill on their coffee but they never got it. The people around us did. Maybe the waitress forgot, but it wouldn't hurt to check up. All I know is that the service was disappointing.

In the 2 hrs here for breakfast and only 1 cup of coffee. The ladies working seem really nice but still really slow. Good food but need to be faster at tending the customers.

Great service and very enjoyable people all day long who love to make you smile if you have a not so good day. The cook customized a burger for me and I named it the Mini Mac. (A play on words. His name and McDonald's Big Mac sandwich)

The service and food are always good. We come here frequently. The waitress are great. They seem a bit over worked yet always very friendly. The place could use some deep cleaning. We have enjoyed coming here for many years. But recently it has become not so much, because of the music that comes from the kitchen. It is very very disturbing trying to converse with company, waitress etc. while having music over head and kitchen at the same time. Yes, the pies are delicious.

One star for the food. The salmon was dry, chewy and tasted like it was over a heating lamp all day. The service is great! Not the best, but great. A good hometown feel and personalized experience from people who are known...? Where everybody knows your name... ? ? The atmosphere was superb for the area. Simply a perfect place and ora of a smaller town.

Stopped here during a long road trip with a large group. We were seated quickly and sweetly by a wonderful hostess Suzy. She served with a smile and was so kind and attentive. Our meal was served as quick as possible for a group of over 10 and was thoroughly enjoyable. The food was good, "THE best French Dip I've ever had" (one of our members). Thank you to Shari's for making our stop so fun and worthwhile! YAY

Very little food for a high price. My broccoli was cold got maybe a half a cup of lumpy mashed potatoes. Poor quality. Bathroom was horrible in every way.

In the last 10 years, the quality of food and service has been in decline. Before the corporate was created, the food was made fresh. Nowadays, the food is very low in flavor tastes no better than a microwave meal.The only good items are the pies. The years are great.
