Starbucks

I Stopped by this Starbucks during a road trip, and the experience was one of the worst I’ve had at a Starbucks. I arrived at 9:45 and placed my order at 9:48—a large mocha and two sausage, egg, and cheese wraps (since they didn’t carry bagels). Despite being a simple order, it took forever to get my items.

One of the employees decided to go to the restroom right as I walked in, leaving the other to take my order. Even though I saw my drink being made in less than 30 seconds, no one started working on it until 15 minutes later when the first employee finally returned. In the meantime, the other employee could’ve been making my drink instead of just taking more orders.

Once my drink was finally ready, they didn’t even tell me. It was placed at the opposite end of the counter where I couldn’t see it, leaving me standing there clueless for another 10 minutes. The lack of communication and efficiency was beyond frustrating.

If you’re on a road trip and looking for a quick stop, avoid this location. The disorganization and poor customer service aren’t worth the hassle.

I just can't even. I just can't believe the belligerence and the ignorance as in ignoring everyone. This Safeway have some characters, and in the Safeway is a Starbucks with more characters. I'm the one that had to say welcome to Starbucks how can I help you what can I get you today? :-) and then I was looked at as if I was stupid. Not an I'm sorry hey how can I help you? But just looked at and then the other lady who was putting stuff away came to me eventually and took my order with a side of snark. Didn't ask each other what day is it is it Tuesday know it's Wednesday as if to say the week is almost over when is it done? The lack of thanks for a job that they wanted. The lack of appreciation for income going into their pockets. It just gets to me.

Absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Unfortunately the only option I have for my out of town coffee stop before work. More times then not, they are closed ours before they should be. Today I tried to order coffee at 5:30 pm and was told they were closed. They are supposed to be open until 7pm. Worst service and sub par drinks.

Strike two for Starbucks 40 minutes after they’re supposed to open it’s not open. No one‘s there as two days in a row. Starbucks is either closed or closed early. Man talk about going down the drain.

I waited 15min for this place to open an hour late today and the gal that showed up was totally freaking rude and says "oh I'm not going to be open for a WHILE!" ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The employees at this particular Starbucks are always stuck up SNOTS!

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible. The baristas do not care about their customers and they do not have a personality that is inviting. Every time I come here I feel like I’m being an inconvenience for them. It’s a shame because all other Starbucks all the baristas are very inviting expect for this one. And they seem to be closed at random times not their posted times
