Incredibly slow service in both the drive thru and walk up. Unfortunately this is not a one time event and happens frequently.

I've come here several times, always fast service. coffee taste good and drinks taste good whereas some starbucks depending who's making my drink it'll vary in taste.

First time visiting and I really enjoyed it. I came in around 7pm to get some work done and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who asked how my day was going. The café had a comfortable atmosphere with Christmas music and Christmas decorations One of the staff members brought my sandwich and drink in a mug, took a moment to chat which felt very nice for her to do that and even left a thoughtful message on my food bag. A great experience overall.

Waited in line for a good 15-minutes. Had to repeat and correct order several times. Would have driven away if I could have gotten out of the line. Will skip this location next time and find different one.

This is one of the most disappointing experiences at a Starbucks I have had. I waited nearly 15 minutes at the counter to get my order that was forgotten piece by piece. And the. When I did get my drink its lacked most flavor that it should have. Then my Ham and cheese croissant was forgotten several times upon asking for it, and when it was prepared it only took 15 seconds in their convection oven. However when it came out, it tasted freezer burned, was limp and doughy… 😩
Also only one lady the inside barista vs drive thru, seemed to know what she was doing while everyone else was confused. This was a huge waste of $10+ and time.

There was a woman at the drive up window today who has a bad I am rude attitude. I asked why my drink which is a caramel crunch didn’t have any whip she said ask for whip. I’m like where all my sticker does it say no whip she walked away with an attitude. Another woman had to help me. I really don’t appreciate it and don’t want to go back there tomorrow and find her there cause if she talks to me like that again ever I will stop going there because I go there almost every day. I spend a lot of money and I deserve better service than that.

I wait 40 min in drive thru!!

It always takes forever to get through the drive through so I decided to place a mobile order & even then when I got here to pick up my drinks they weren’t ready and had to wait 25 mins for my drinks. The manager is a joke came here again and waited 30 mins in the drive through I said everytime we come is a 30 min or more wait and she’s like there’s only 2 people what do you want me to do maybe learn how to run your store & put more people on the schedule & learn about customer service instead of escalating the situation
