It always takes forever to get through the drive through so I decided to place a mobile order & even then when I got here to pick up my drinks they weren’t ready and had to wait 25 mins for my drinks. The manager is a joke came here again and waited 30 mins in the drive through I said everytime we come is a 30 min or more wait and she’s like there’s only 2 people what do you want me to do maybe learn how to run your store & put more people on the schedule & learn about customer service instead of escalating the situation

Stopped in for a sandwich and coffee. Coffee was as expected, but the sandwich took at over 10min, which is crazy because you're normally waiting for your drink, not the food. And to top it off over half the sandwich was cold, not luke warm but cold. Please do better.

Worst coffee shop in Umatilla county and maybe eastern Oregon. They can’t get anything correct. They hired the most Unqualified talent that Hermiston has to offer. Go anywhere but here to get your drinks. Bring back Arby’s!!!

Starbucks to forever! Long lines and took there sweet time to make atleast one drink, We were in line for atleast 25 minutes! Hate this place Dutch bros is better .

My only complaint was the excessively store music & noise level - It was so loud, enough that customers were yelling in order to hear each other. Additionally, there were two children running around, also yelling. Note that I had on my Bose noise-canceling headset, to boot. - to no anvail. Apparently, it was neither of the time nor place to go read or relax with a cup of coffee.

Took 40 mins to get my drink. Matcha iced latte. Then when I got it. It looked like they put broccoli in it with green milk and called it good. I got my food like right away which was nice but tasted funky. My drink had never looked like this went I would usually get it.

My drink tasted funky like either milk went bad or the steam wand hasn't been cleaned in awhile so that only got a couple of sips. 7 partners on the floor, but little customer acknowledgment. Non-insulated pitchers on the counter with dairy products. Messy counters with many open and unattended ingredient containers.
