I have trying to call this store to get a question answered but no one will answer the phone. I called the one that's in walmart and the same thing. Very disappointed.... what is the point to have a phone and not answer it ... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! I need the HR phone number.

July 22, 2024. Disgusting dried up roll ups, a hair in the side of cheese dip, rock hard pretzel, and ingredients coming out the end of the wrap. Come on subway don’t you train your workers?

Very disappointing. Came into the store on June 8 at 4:48 PM, 2024. Walked in and the first thing they said was “it’s going to be a while, sir, we have a lot of online orders ahead of you. At least 10 minutes” Went out to the parking lot to make a call and saw two customers go in and immediately leave.The young man had no problem, turning away, at least three customers, probably more.

Who tf orders subway without meat on their sandwich. I know they won’t fix it bc they charged it wrong.Never going here again

Didn’t get to order because although the store open sign was lit, they were not open. The employee who was got pretty salty when, in a joking manner, I pointed out that the open sign was lit already. He claimed that he always turns on the sign as soon as he arrives at work. Took offense when I suggested that might not be such a good idea. Dude, I’m hangry! Don’t dangle a treat in front of me and yank it away like that! 2 stars just because I live their breakfast sandwiches with chipotle sauce.

placed a mobile order and apparently the store was out of chipotle (which both subs were supposed to have) and the workers failed to mention anything to us and let us get all the way home just to see we got skimped.. lets just say as a pregnant woman it made me very upset because the chipotle throws it all together lol. called to figure out the situation but no one ever likes to answer the phone, took 5 tries and they were not at all busy. lady said sorry and that they couldn’t exchange for points towards account or anything. all in all if i’m going to spend an arm and a leg on a sandwich i would like to be told if some components are going to be missing from it; coming from a fast food worker, its common courtesy.

I ordered a sandwich ahead of time because my work schedule was tight and I wanted to have time to eat. The order was brought out quickly when I arrived, but after I arrived at my destination and took the sandwich out, I was appalled. A veggie should have veggies on it - not this measly spattering of side items. The food was sparse and missing half my requests. The bread had been SQUISHED. When I called to request a fix, I was only given options requiring that I return to the restaurant. They remade it and it looks fabulous - but now I have no time to consume it because I spent my lunch break getting it fixed. Poor policies Subway!
