It's very frustrating when you use there app an they pull the ticket so there time looks good but it doesn't help when it tells you your sandwich is done an you show up an you see 5 other tickets an a bunch of others like my self sitting an waiting for there food as well

Sandwich looked like it was smashed together , shredded chicken instead of chopped , and no sauce . Walmart Subway has better service than this !

I would rate the food, however, I walked in and stood at the counter while the TWO employees (1 helped another customer and the female who simply prioritized online orders without ever even greeting me) provided ZERO customer service. I politely stood there waiting for someone to at least greet me or even take my order, but I was just blatantly ignored until I decided to walk out and spend my time, energy and money elsewhere. I will never return to this Subway and highly encourage other people to spend their time, energy and money elsewhere also.

The Manager “Melissa” proved to be unhelpful & flippant when it comes to online orders. Was quite rude when asked about resolving a messed up order, taking absolutely no accountability and giving no options to better the situation. Crazy service especially when there was a 15% tip left on the order.

Toasted my sub so bad it was petrified. Service was so lousy, employees were arguing at who was going to do vegetables.
I have trying to call this store to get a question answered but no one will answer the phone. I called the one that's in walmart and the same thing. Very disappointed.... what is the point to have a phone and not answer it ... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! I need the HR phone number.

July 22, 2024. Disgusting dried up roll ups, a hair in the side of cheese dip, rock hard pretzel, and ingredients coming out the end of the wrap. Come on subway don’t you train your workers?
